AMW Bulletin: Sofitel's Fundraising for Typhoon Haiyan Victims

Dear AMW Friends!  Please read this post and read latter part and I hope everyone would join and stay proactive!

I got news from Sofitel Philippine Plaza. 
Sofitel created a Paypal account targeting to raise 5 million pesos to receive online donations to help send basic goods, rebuild homes to the super typhoon victims.

This is the second major disaster in the Philippines in just a span of four weeks after the powerful 7.1 magnitude earthquake that hit Bohol and Cebu last October 15.  It is indeed such tragic experience for provinces barely recovering.

As one of the lucky few who are safe in the comfort of our homes, I know a lot of you are planning to help but find it more convenient to give out cash donations!  Same with you, I want to make sure my cash donations are safe and will go straight to the right people!  

Thankfully, Sofitel Philippine Plaza in line with Accor and Sofitel luxury hotels' corporate social responsibility, they have created a Paypal account to accept donations worldwide!  Currently, all Sofitel Ambassadors in Manila are donating cash and preparing relief goods to deliver to legitimate foundations!  And to further assist them, let's do our share!  Even a dollar can go a long way! :)
