AMW Reports: Kipling Store at SM Aura

Check out these monkeys, don't they look like they're trying to say something to you?
For me, they only mean one thing: "Mr. AMW, me and Baby AMW!" 

Yes!  We're a family of monkeys and I'm proud of it!  *laughs*  

But seriously speaking, upon seeing this, a brand will definitely pop on top of your head!  They are definitely Kipling Monkeys!  What makes them even more unique?  Each of these Kipling monkeys have their own names, so aside from Baby Kyle Nash, I also have baby Monkey Katia (blue monkey) and a green one which I can't seem to read the name anymore as I have both bags for years!

When I was invited to visit Kipling store at SM Aura on a weekend, I immediately said yes because I have only been at SM Aura twice and I want to take time to really check out what the mall has to offer.  We had a scrumptious lunch at Paul and we headed straight to the Kipling store and my jaw dropped!  The store is indeed 10x more beautiful than what I've imagined! 

Note:  I always frequent at the Kipling Robinsons Ermita branch and I was expecting the SM Aura branch to look exactly the same!

 In my books, definitely one of the best Visual Merchandising "bag store" I've seen!  You have different pictures of their iconic monkeys in different costumes to spy on as you head straight to the counter.

But of course, those are just tiny details that I've seen.  Here's the most exciting part, the launch of Summer Pre-Fall Collection 2014! 

This collection screams SUN, SUMMER and HAPPINESS!

And there's the Natalie Joos New Mexico Lite Wheeled expandable luggage which I can imagine using this as a hand-carry on travel or in my case, I can use this to store my airbrush kit and hairstyling tools (as a make-up artist).

As you roam inside the store, the bags are categorized in various categories.  You want to know what's their bestselling items?  Check out their "bestseller" corner.  

You get various pastel shades and prints!  Definitely livelier than the Kipling we used to know!  (Goodbye dark blue, black, blue and dark green)

They also have the basic designs that can be used as handbag or sling bag!  

The area that caught my full attention?  The "Fashion" corner!   

These bags has a unique perforated design making it unique in every way!

They don't come with a furry animal though, instead you get a metallic monkey!

For the working women, you can also choose their laptop bags that can also carry the rest of your gadgets like phones, iPad and camera.  

Travel enthusiasts are definitely NOT ostracized inside this store! 

 Everyone who's anyone can definitely find something they like!

 A closer look on some of the "prints" that's unique!  I can imagine myself using these bags in college! 

To those who love deals!  The store also has a corner for discounts!  20% and 30% off on selected items.

I'm eyeing for the tote as they would work well on moms-on-the-go like yours truly!

And of course, a visit at a store won't be complete without me taking a pick on my favorite Kipling item.  As for that day, it was the the Sabin SS (with removal straps) took my breathe away!  I originally wanted one in black but it's not available.  Guess which color I picked?

What's your favorite Kipling memory?
Mine was the first Kipling bag I owned which was gifted to me by my then-BF (now hubby) Mr. AMW!  I also bought an extra monkey for my mom-in-law as she lovingly uses it as her keychain!
