POP Beauty Pop-Art Look

So you all know how much I enjoyed the "natural pop" I get from using Pop Beauty Pop Your Natural Beauty Honey Haze palette. on my previous post.  Today, I'm creating more POP-Art-like pop using my NEW Pop Beauty Products.

Okay, that's a lot of "pop" in one phrase!

Spot the difference?

Well, it's the lipstick!  I did a bit of lipstick-changing but I'll show you how I created such an easy look that warms my face and works well on photos (even in person!)

POP Beauty Founder and makeup artist, Sara Strand created new products (featured here) to achieve a flawless base and give more definition to the brows, cheeks and lips.  Part of the latest offerings are Velvet Powder Base, Peak Performance Brow, Insta-Brow Sealer, Highlight and Bright, Contour 101 and Matte Velvet Lipstix.

Pop Contour 101

 

A glow-getting palette with silky mineral formula that sculpts, highlights and gives color. 

The highlight and sculpt powders are amazing and on-point!  The blush shade is a bit tricky to use so you have to be very careful as this has warm undertone to it making your skin looks extra orange if you apply too much!

 Picking some of the sculpt powder, contour the lower part of the cheeks with a brush.

Perfect color to contour the nose too!  Can you see a huge improvement on my nose line?

I also like to use this powder to create deep-crease effect.  I apply a small amount of the sculpt powder below the brow bone.

With a big fluffy blush brush, apply a small amount of "Blush" powder on cheeks, take note, this is highly pigmented so you may end up applying too much!  If you look a bit too orange in person, fret not, apply the "highlight" powder on top to lessen pigmentation of the blush.

The highlight powder is so easy to use!  Apply on top of your cheek bones, the bridge of your nose, cupid's bow and the brow bone!

Pop Highlight & Bright

Now if you want a bit more natural "highlighting", go for the Highlighting Crayon.  It is #1 so easy to use and #2 gives a natural effect.

This is a nude-pink shade that can brighten up any area applied!

This is a perfect beauty tool to use when you want to cover some stray brow hairs!  A perfect shade to create bigger looking eyes by applying a good amount on the waterline.  Lastly, this is also perfect to create fuller-looking lips by highlighting the cupid's bow.

This crayong is extremely easy to use and you get good pigmentation in just ONE Swipe.

Pop Peak Performance Brow

Comes with a brow pencil and a spoolie.

This is so easy to use, I can easily fill my brows and brush hairs in place.

And let's not forget, to finish up the look, a good lipstick is needed.  POP Beauty has Matte Velvet Lipstix and I got 2 shades to give me an illusion of a bolder lips!
