Highlight, Warm-up and Color My Cheeks in a Single Swipe

You probably know by now how important it is to warm-up your face, highlight and color your face.  With that, I bet you are picking up at least 3 products on a daily basis just to apply on ONE area --- the Cheeks!

I recently discovered a drugstore brand that can do all 3 in a second!  Shawill Make-up!

I have discovered Shawill years ago when I was just starting up on blogging, the brand is still here for almost a decade, that said, I'm sure they have a loyal following and I'm glad to be able to try their products again!

The packaging is a round dome-shape plastic packaging with a clear plastic on top making it easy for you to see the shades without opening the packaging.

You get 3 gorgeous shades to highlight, warm and color your cheeks.  There's the peach-champagne shade perfect for highlight, the medium brown shimmery shade as a bronzer while the baby pink shade with shimmers is meant to color your cheeks.

Because most days I'm in a hurry, the easiest way to use this product is to swirl a blush brush on the center of the pan and gently pick up all 3 shades.

Try to do so with light hands.

I like to apply starting from the apples of my cheeks going towards the hairline.
You'll get a natural shade of browns, pink and champagne with a healthy glowing finish.

AMW says ---

  • Packaging is nice but the dome shape cover makes it difficult to store.  It uses up a lot of space.
  • Expect fallouts.
  • Pigmentation is okay, not too pigmented but okay enough since I'm aiming for subtle color and glow.
  • Oily-skinned users may find this difficult to use as "shimmer" or "glow" may translate to an oilier skin.
  • Powder so this lasts only 3-4 hours max.  Re-application is needed.
  • No fragrance or scent.
  • No allergic reactions.
  • Multi-functional, can be used on the eyes too.

The Shawill Terra Cotta Blusher is available at Watsons and SM Beauty section priced at Php250.00 each.
