Goodal Green Tangerine Skincare Initial Thoughts

After trying out Korean Face Masks, I actually went into the Korean skincare craze and was actively trying out Korean brands.  Not the 7 steps, 12 steps or 20 steps but just the simplest K-Beauty Skincare routine. 

I recently tried Goodal Green Tangerine line (not all of them) but 3 of them --- Green Tangerine Moisturizing Foam, Moist Fresh Toner and Moist Serum.  Not complete, but good enough to jumpstart with this brand and see if these works.

Let's start with the Goodal Green Tangerine Moist Cleansing Foam (Php420.00).  This product got me at "moist" cleansing because it is very difficult for me to look for a gentle cleanser that won't strip off the remaining moisture from my face!

Note from AMW: The seal is too tight I had a hard time removing it!  Which is good by the way, BUT just in case, a quick tip for you is to use a tweezer instead of your fingers!  Easier that way!

The cleanser is creamy and a little goes a long way!  With just a pea size amount and little amount of water, gently massage the moist cleanser with both hands and you'll see foam forming in no time!  I love how it smells.  I find this pretty relaxing, effectively removes oil, dirt and remaining makeup (except waterproof makeup).  My combination (normal/dry) skin felt "normal" after use.  Not hydrated but not tight and dry!  This is the type of cleanser that gently cleans without giving me allergic reactions #ThankYou .

Goodal Green Tangerine Moist Fresh Toner

This toner comes in a spritz-type bottle and I actually like this packaging so much it reminds me of my favorite face mists!  If you are used to having your toner applied using a cotton pad, this may be a new thing for you!  But since this is meant to be a hydrating toner, I may as well call this product similar to a hydrating face mists.

A cooling, relaxing mist that instantly gives a boost of hydration on my skin after cleansing!  The spritz bottle sprays the product evenly all over face which I like but if you want to make sure all the product goes straight to your face, you may turn on the bottle cap and apply some of the product on a cotton pad and gently pat on all areas of face and neck.

I love to use this as a face mist and I find that my skin feels smooth a bit brighter after spritzing.  I also like to use this to "set" my makeup to make it look less powdery!

Overall, I can't seem to find an immediately result but I call this a luxurious step.

Extend the bottle around 4-6 inches away from face before spritzing.

Goodal Green Tangerine Moist Serum

Even with dry skin, I dislike using heavy creams during day time because of the humid weather.  I like to apply a good amount of sunblock then add a bit of "serum" to help hydrate my skin before makeup application.  

I got really excited to try the Green Tangerine Moist Serum and I actually injected this to my morning routine after trying out the cleanser and toner!  Making sure my skin has no negative reaction to the said product line, I gave this a go.

AMW says ---

The best amount to use all over my face is around 2-3 pumps!  I like to gently pat the product on key areas around my skin that tends to dry and gently massage the remaining product over forehead and neck!

This is a lightweight, refreshing serum that gets absorbed into skin quickly leaving my skin hydrated and soft.  For a serum that has quite thin consistency, I am glad it does a pretty good job in hydrating my skin making my foundation or base makeup look flawless!

Overall, I am happy with my first Goodal product line and glad it worked in terms of keeping my skin hydrated, soft, smooth and works as a great base!  Best of all, I don't have any allergic reactions to all 3 products!
