Tony Moly BCDation Cushion Plus Review

One of the most recommended base product from the brand Tony Moly by their SAs is the BCDation Cushion Plus.  As much as I try to steer clear from getting another cushion foundation since most of them are too light, dries out easily and I seldom use full face base makeup on a daily basis, I was actually sold by the SA's testimonial so I picked one just for the sake of review.

The Tony Moly BCDation is housed in a usual thick, round cushion-compact!  It's all white with a simple lettering of BCDation printed clearly which I honestly love!

Tony Moly originally came up with BCDATION Cushion in black compact packaging, the newest version with PLUS and I believe it offers MORE.

The shade I got is in 02.

Thankful with the seal of freshness!

It has a sponge that is soft and squishy!  This can be refilled once you're done with it.

Loving the puff, this is super soft, bouncy and just perfect for dabbing motion.

I like to actually apply a lot at the center of my face since this has enough coverage to cover certain redness, dark spots and pimple marks.  It can even lessen the look of dark undereye circles!

Before and After
Can you see the huge difference?

After using this cushion (after the AprilSkin one), I can say that this is close to what I love about Aprilskin, the coverage of Tony Moly BCDation Cushion Plus is amazing!  Also, I love the extra glow it gives and my skin looks lifted and healthy!

If you ask me, the shade matching is not as perfect but again, I can easily control with darker shade powder.

AMW says ---
  • Very easy to use.
  • Has a nice refreshing feel during application.
  • Coverage is light to medium. Buildable.
  • Covers my skin imperfections.  Skin looks lifted and healthy.
  • Due to high SPF, may create white cast especially in flash photography.
  • Long-wearing as long as set properly.
  • Works better for users with normal and dry skin.  Oily-skinned users can still use this but need to set properly with mattifying powder as this could get a bit oily midday.
How do you feel about Tony Moly's newest BCDation Cushion Plus?
Do you like the coverage and the effect it gave on my skin?

Keep smilin'
Stay happy!

  1. I don't know but I think the whiye cat makes this baby make you feel like wearing a mask. Just wish they work on oil control.

  2. So far I've only tried one cushion and I'm not much of a fan of cushion for I have oily skin. But I've tried the BCDation foundation (sample size) it is lightweight doesn't feel sticky at all.
