BLK Intense Color Liquid Eyeshadow The Bomb is DA BOMB!

So this tiny tube of liquid eyeshadow is actually turning out to be a favorite "single shadow" and "base shadow" of mine!  Who would've thought applying liquid eyeshadow could be this easy?  And when I say easy, I'm saying this as a regular user --- not as a make up artist!

Score eyes to envy. Hark back to the brown obsession of two decades ago with this molten eye shadow that comes in two new gorgeously matte, neutral shades: cocoa and brick. The lightweight formula glides seamlessly on the lids, and dries down to a smooth, budge-proof finish. Minimum effort, maximum impact!

Housed in a lipgloss type of packaging with a doe-foot applicator, it is small but for me, it feels just right because a little goes a long way and I'd rather have something in smaller sizes to be able to use them til the bottom until next repurchase!

Swatch: The Bomb

The Bomb is somewhat like a medium chocolate color.  It is brown yet subtle enough to be applied straight on lids without having the worry about it looking uneven.  The effect is just really nice and saturated.

Application technique:

Apply straight from applicator to the center of your lids.  You can apply a little amount if you are just starting out on eyeshadow application, as for me, I prefer to create a half moon shape on the crease area as shown on photo below and use clean fingers to gently blend out.

I personally like using my fingers as it is easier to control.  If you like to reduce the pigment, use the other fingers to wipe off excess liquid eyeshadow.

I also like to use this same applicator to apply on the lower lash line.  It looks better if you complete your eyeshadow look by applying on the lower lashline.

Before and After

I choose to leave it as is or top it with a choice of eyeshadow making this as a nice base color.  With just a swipe of your favorite liner, your look is complete and natural!

The shade is wearable and perfect for daily use.  This works for all Filipinas no matter how fair or dark your complexion is.  BLK Cosmetics and Anne did a great job in making this shade!
