BLK Universal Brow Stick Review

When I unboxed some of the BLK Cosmetics UNIVERSAL Collection on AMW IG TV, a lot of you requested for in-depth review on this Brow product.  

I don't blame you, it is unique in some sorts of way!  The uniqueness starts with the packaging.

Packaging?  YES!  It is a pencil, I know, pencil type packaging that you can see in most makeup brands!  But guys, this is not a liner/powder combo, this is a liner/mascara combo in a slim pencil!  That's what makes this product unique in my humble opinion.

The product comes with double-ended product.  One side is the eyebrow liner while the other side comes a super slim mascara wand with brow mascara.

Swatch: Natural Brown

I love how BLK Cosmetics focused on Filipinas - most Filipinas use either a Natural Brown liner if they have colored hair (brown) and a Taupe liner (for naturally black or dark brown hair).  They focused on what the majority needs and they nailed it with the Natural brown shade that works so well on me - no red tones, just true-to-life Natural Brown.

The effect is already good as is.  But for someone with extremely dark brows, I always follow through with a liner and brow powders never make it to the cut!

The wand is just perfect in size, I love how I can easily tint EVERY SINGLE Brow strand.

• Very easy-to-use.
• Both products are highly pigmented.  
• A little goes a long way.
• The effect is natural.
• The product lasts me until makeup removal (for normal skin type).
• No crunchy brows, the mascara didn't dry out my brows.
• Price is good for getting 2 products in 1.
• A great starter brow product.
• The only downside is that, since the mascara side is really small, I can only imagine how I can easily finish up the product.  With their great brow mascara formulation (which seldom happens ha for a local brand), I wish they would come up in the future with a full size brow mascara with same formulation as this one!

I am impressed with this brow product from BLK Cosmetics considering I've tried and tested so many brow products in my entire career as a Beauty Blogger and Makeup Artist.
