That is my short speech from my heart to yours because this is my 10th workshop!  Can you believe it?  I remember the time I "wished" to have my own workshop so I can help brands put their products out there while helping attendees try out products/brands they haven't tried before.  Aside from that, I also want to teach my attendees the ways to use the products so nothing is wasted!  Because I don't want my AMW Family to waste money!

AMW Workshop Series 10 "Let's Get the Party Started" talks party-ready makeup!  It doesn't have to be all glitz and glamour but reunions with family and friends are in mind when I created this workshop!  We want to look good in time of the get-together with friends who haven't seen each other for a year or so!  A family gathering that entails a lot of eating, drinking and chatting with no retouching in mind!  I created a simple curriculum using the sponsored items from our dear sponsors!

As for any of my workshop, I always start with a DEMO helping each attendee learn how to use the products included in their bags wisely.

I never use models in my workshops as I like it to be interactive by getting the attendee as model for them to see how to make a product work on them!  The floor is open for questions all throughout the session giving each of them chances to throw in beauty-related questions.

After the DEMO, they get 30 minutes to rest and create their own makeup applying what they learn from me!  This is also the time for me to pick a winner for the best "change" or best in application!

 

All #AMWWorkshoppers are amazing and are so into makeup and skincare!  A lot of them are #AMWRepeaters so this felt more like a reunion with friends rather than just a makeup workshop!

All throughout the workshop, attendees are free to grab some food ordered from Latitude Bean + Bar, a coffee shop right below the Co-workspace.  Everything tastes so good I highly recommend trying out their food!

Now you understand why these girls look and feel so happy after my workshop? :D
