AMW Cooks: Fried Vietnamese Spring Rolls

 

My favorite Vietnamese Restaurant apptetizer.  I will never skip this order whenever I go to a Pho restaurant and this is the simplest dish I could probably try at home!  

The Fried Vietnamese Sprint Rolls.


Ingredients:

  • Rice Paper Wrappers
  • Ground Pork
  • Shrimps/Prawn (peeled)
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Egg
  • Fish Sauce
  • Sugar
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Liquid Seasoning (optional) 
For Dipping Sauce:
  • Vinegar
  • Fish Sauce
  • Sugar
  • Lemon/Lime/Calamansi Juice
  • Red Chilli
  • Chopped Garlic
