So I recently posted on my Instagram page a quick stamp-type winged liner pen!
I tested this for a week plus and I am finally ready to share my thoughts on this nifty “gadget”. Yeah, I call this a gadget as I can’t believe such product was invented when I strongly remember how much difficult it was for me to practice on the wing liner technique a decade ago!
The Ameera Beauty Wing It! Stamp and Glide Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner is priced locally at Php495.00 locally distributed at BeautyScoutPH
The pen has 2 sides, the liquid linere felt tip side to draw the liner as usual and a stamp “winged shape” on the other side.
According to Ameera Beauty this product can make eyes look visibly larger, lasts up to 24 hours, waterproof and quick drying and hugs the lashline.
I tested the product first on ease of application!
Firstly, hats off to the brand for creating a pen type, easy to carry product! You don’t need to twist or click as the product dispenses by itself and the flow of product is consistent all the way!
The felt tip applicator is not too soft or hard, it does not hurt the eye and it is easy to use. Agree on how the liner hugs close to the lashline because it is really very easy to move even if you are a first time liquid liner user.
As for the stamp, the only challenge maybe is the placement of stamp! But thankfully, I did well on my first try and this is the result.
On to longevity, this product lasts long like most liquid liner but I did not test it for 24 hours! The max hours I wore it was 12 hours straight (cooking, washing, helping my son take a bath, etc…!). The liner stays but the only thing I noticed is how this liquid liner scatters a bit (stamp portion) since it dispenses on the cracks and unevenness of your skin. Nothing alarming and too obvious but you can zoom in my swatch photo above and you’ll know what I mean.
Feel free to watch the video and tell me your thoughts.
Would you purchase a stamp liner or would stick to drawing a winged liner yourself?
Keep smilin'
Stay happy!
