Temporary Hiatus

Dear All,

As you can see, I haven't been updating for the past 2 days and its unusual, indeed everything is unusual. As everyone who reads my facebook and twitter knows, my mom had her gallbladder surgery last Friday, everything went smoothly until the recovery period. She did not wake up and to make it short, everything on E.R. movies that are done to revive a patient, I've seen them do it to my mom. It's the WORST moment of my life. It's a miracle, she survived after 3 hours of trying to survive her, this is her second life, it is a miracle and I believe prayers are powerful.

She is stable now, but she's learning to breathe on her own, I am taking time to blog to ask for prayers from everyone! Please pray for my mom, I know she's stable but anything can happen and I am trying to push away negative thoughts. SHE WILL BE OK!!!!

I will be back soon, and will update more! Sorry to everyone who's been asking queries, I will be back soon...PLEASE PRAY FOR MY MOM....

  4. oh no! glad mom is recovering already and is blessed with a seconf chance. i know what you mean about the reviving thing.. its the saddest most torturing episode you'll never want to experience again. i'm glad she's out of this ordeal.. i feel for you sis and will always pray for your mom and your family.. much love, kapatid! i'm here for you.

  33. Hi Nikki, God is good, don't worry. I understand what you're going through right now, my mom had been and out of the hospital 3 times a month because of cancer, but because of FAITH and PRAYERS she survived...

    and I know you have strong Faith and everyone will pray for your mom and your family..

    My other half had a major ear operation a couple of weeks ago, and as always, my major concern was not with the actual operation, but the anesthesia.

    Glad your mom pulled through! All positive thoughts to the front of the brain!

  50. Hi Nikki, thanks for updating us, surely everyone have been worried.. But don't worry about us, your readers. I know your mom needs you while she's healing. I know what you mean with gallbladders. My mom underwent the same operation years ago and it was so scary, the doctor said it was in the nick of time. I KNOW your mom will be back in the pink of health sooner than you'll realize :) Always believe in the power of prayers and all of us are here for you. I'll pray for you and your mom :) Mwah!
