Hi AMW friends!
Can I share something quick yet sweet? Sweet because there is a special tip I learned when I had my makeup done by Maybelline's Makeup Artist Jim Ryan Ros! Since he was sweet enough to share to me his tricks of the trade, I want to share it to you guys just in case you have one hell-of-an-oily skin and makeup always slides off your face! :D
Aye? It's you? Well, thank Jim for his wonderful tip and I actually road-tested this tip for the WHOLE day and it definitely worked!
Are you excited to know what it is? Well..hello..you have to pay me first *winks* Pay me with a huge SMILE! :D
I have known the powers of Ben Nye Banana Luxury Powder and RCMA No Color Powder for quite some time but I never thought of mixing them both together! Jim told me he use this method to "set" the makeup of all his clients and his clients require very minimal or almost no retouch at all!
After finishing his masterpiece on my boring face, he applied a mix of Ben Nye Banana Luxury Powder and RCMA No Color Powder concentration below the eyes and t-zone. I felt a bit scared that my skin may flake or look dry but I was wrong, my skin looks flawless and matte ALL day! I did both photos and video shoot with harsh lighting, I changed clothes, expressed milk in a ladies' room, attended Benefit's Bloggers Party for Agent Zero Shine Porefessional Powder and went home with my full makeup intact!
You don't have to use Ben Nye and RCMA but you can always mix "yellow based" powder with any setting powder to prevent white cast or prevent your skin from looking too orange!

Bought both products from Digital Traincase. Thank you so much Sol for the super quick and smooth transaction!
