As I was telling my Blogger friend Angela to meet up at the Central Square entrance, little did I know the event starts immediately after you stepped in the entrance.
I hear wonderful music rendered by the talented Toni Brillantes.
I immediately went straight to the "Hairstyling" booth trying out Beach Waves hairstyle with the hairstylist Vien using Eva NYC Clampless tool! I am seriously in love with the tool and plan to purchase one!
|Thanks Angela for the photo!|
After that, I went straight to the Massage booth where I literally had to say: "Stop, don't talk to me yet, the massage is soooo good!" I seriously needed a massage and that 3 minutes worth of massage felt like an hour! I love the Laino Shea Butter used at my back.
Then I gave this booth a skip because I have nowhere else to go after the event but to my little angel! I did saw Angela's makeup transformation and se looks HOT :)
I also tried Lulu DK Tatts for the first time and understood why everyone loves this!
I gave the nail bar a skip because I am really excited to see the new concept store once again! The first time I saw the store was during Liz's Project Vanity 7th year Anniversary but I haven't gotten the chance to really look around as the place was packed!
Beauty Bar has a new design and new logo and packaging collaterals. I quite like the change because it has a nice "vibe" to all kikays out there! Though the interiors are mostly in white and dark grey, the lovely gold and red accents and hand-painted mural and of leaves, birds and hearts make the place inviting!
Now let me share to you my Beauty Bar favorites through the years!
Hei PoaThis Tahitian concentrated natural oil has long been a beauty secret of the women of Polynesia and is now available locally. These products are multi-purpose and can be used to soften, moisturize and protect skin; heal, repair and add shine to hair and I actually tried their massage oil!
Eva NycI am really in love with all these profesional tools! From flat iron to their clampless curling tool, I am definitely saving up for these!
LainoLaino are natural products like Shea Butter, Argan Oil and Olive Oil, Laino aims to deliver simple and proven recipes from the past to create timeless products.
Bomb CosmeticsThese are housed in super cute packaging! These products are all natural and handmade that would work for hair, skin, hand and foot!
Oh, just in case you're within the area, you can also try Kracie products! I am currently using their Pure Savon Bath Soap and I love it!
There are so many more products to watch out for I am confused!
A cult favorite amongst Beauty Bloggers and Make Up Enthusiasts!
I love anything hair related so these are definitely a must especially their ouchless bands!
This brand has been around for quite some time but I have never tried anything from them! Any recommendations?
A new makeup brand to watch out for --- Studio Makeup
And since you're there, you might as well check out some cute pouches and bags to house your goodies! I love to look at these when I plan to gift my "kikay" friends with something! Who can say no to these girly and cute prints?
And seriously, this post is photo-laden but I'm still not done yet! Some more brands available are Deserving Thyme, Fior di Bach and Phytorelax, Natura Siberica, Bomb Cosmetics, Kracie, Sophie La Giraffe, Heloise De V. , Tan Organic and Epiology! You get all the brands from countries like Canada, Italy, Russia, UK, Japan, France, Ireland, USA and Australia! No wonder you feel like you "shopped Around the World" inside Beauty Bar BHS Central.
Once tired from all the shopping, you may rest your tired hands and feet at the Dashing Diva Nail Salon.
And for Nail Enthusiasts like me? You have a wide range of nail polish shades and brands available for your perusal!
Beauty Bar store at the 2nd Floor of Central Square is definitely a place to destress!
Have you seen the new concept store?
