Revlon Ultra HD Matte LipColor Review

If you follow me on Snapchat, I "unboxed" the new Revlon Beauty Ritual Kit which comes with the new release Ultra HD Matte Lipcolor (featured here) and the Love Is On Fragrance with 2 chocolates from Theo and Philo and an instruction! 

 

 I was drawn to the NEW Revlon Ultra HD Matte Lipcolor.  The Ultra HD Lip Lacquers are ultimate HIT for me so I can't imagine how these will fare.  According to the product info, these are velvety matte high definition color with lightweight, moisturizing feel.  A matte-finish with moisturizing-feel?  I'm definitely a perfect "tester" because my lips are ultimately cracking from extreme dehydration!

Each lipcolor are housed in a rounded frosted glass tube making this the most "Fab-looking" lip product packaging from Revlon!  You get a "sticker seal" on each tube so you'll know if the product has been opened and tested by others.

 These are vivid colors and you get full coverage in just ONE single swipe!

 HD Flirtation

HD Flirtation is a coral shade lipstick.  I can imagine this shade to be perfect for users who are fair to medium skin!  If you have darker complexion, make sure to check on testers first because this may have a tendency to turn grayish if not worn properly. 

HD Temptation

I call this a bright, K-pop pink shade!  As much as I love pink, I don't think I can pull off wearing this on a regular day because, well....this looks so Young for my age!  Okay, let's not talk about age, let's just say this shade borders across bright to almost neon pink!   A perfect shade for photos but a bit too shocking in person!   I highly recommend this shade for users who are used to wearing bright-colored lippies!

HD Passion

HD Passion reminds me so much of a fresh watermelon in its' sweetest state!  Okay, I apologize for the description, I have been teaching fruits to my son for quite some time! hahaha

This shade would work well on ALL skin tone!  This will make your teeth whiter at the same time, brighten your face in an instant!

Overall, all Revlon Ultra HD Matte LipColors are buildable, 1 layer for day time use and add another layer for more opaque coverage.  

These are not as matte as most matte lip colors I've tried (ex. Colourpop, Ofra) but I like the extra "moisture" it has because of my lip condition and the formulation is extremely lightweight.  It never settle into my lip lines and thankfully, it doesn't further dry out my lips  midday!  

Each of them has the same vanilla and cream mango scent which goes away around 5-8 minutes after application.  They do transfer on tissue paper or clothing though so be careful!
