Is a cool tone bright red that surprisingly works for any complexion! You only need to adjust application to lessen or increase intensity of the color! 
For a define lip color, apply with a lip liner, but if you want the effect to look more natural, you may use your clean fingers and create gradient lips or just apply all over your lips for that instant color with high shine!
