What I Found at #SMWorldOfBeauty

I remembered preparing for my Engagement Day (which is almost like preparing for a Wedding day).  I've decided to cut down cost by doing my own makeup and with that in mind, I've decided to go to a Beauty Store to purchase my own set of makeup.  That was year 2007 (same year I started my Blog).  

There wasn't much brand choices back then.

Fast forward to a decade, I am so happy how SM Beauty changed the way we beauty enthusiasts shop!  I can finally say, I have STOPPED online shopping for more than a year now because there are so many holy grail products I can literally see, touch and try at SM Beauty!

Brands like K-Palette, 4U2, Shiseido, Tony Moly, Etude House, Kate Tokyo, Holika Holika, Canmake Tokyo made its' way to our shores!  Here are just some of my picks.

Been loving the Shiseido Ultimune and has been using it for years now!  (now on 3rd bottle!)

Of course, if you are like me who enjoys reading Beauty Blogs from the west, you will definitely read about the sought-after western brands.  Brands like Maybelline, Cover Girl, Revlon, Max Factor X has always been on top of my mind for known drugstore makeup brands!

But now, there are so many more choices such as Wet N Wild, L.A. Girl, NYX, In2It, BYS, VMV Hypoallergenics, Jordana and so much more!

And of course, there will always be our local brands that are priced affordably yet giving the international quality at par with the international brands we look up to!  Brands like Fashion 21, Ever Bilena, FS Features and Shades, Happy Skin, Shawill Cosmetics, Pink Sugar, Nichido, are creating better quality products to enhance our Filipina-glow.

And of course, if you are just like me who likes to just roam around SM Beauty section just to have a bit of #metime , I like to grab some haircare products such as this new brand I'm excited to try called HASK. 

Of course, a woman can't have enough lippies!
