Happy Skin At Long Lash Supercurl Waterproof Mascara Review

So I haven't been using mascara much because seriously, what can I do with them?
When I got the Happy Skin At Long Lash Supercurl Waterproof Mascara, I knew I had to try this out because of two things ----

It says "supercurl" --- need that!
The wand is just unique! --- rod-type

It doesn't hurt that the packaging is cute and eye-catchy!
Love the black and hot pink combo!

AMW says ---

Pros

  • Packaging.
  • Very easy-to-use applicator.  I don't make a mess as compared to other mascara wands.
  • Coats each lash strands evenly.
  • No clumping.
  • Lightweight, lifts the lashes.
  • Retain curled lashes an hour (or 2) longer than regular mascaras.
  • Easy to remove with regular eye makeup remover.
  • Lashes appear longer and darker.
  • No smudge and smear.
  • Works for sensitive eyes, no coarse or itchy mascara bristles that touches your eye area.

Cons

  • Price.

Overall
A great mascara for those who have extremely short lashes (which makes it nice for those with no lash issues!).  Easy-to-remove yet non-smudging and smearing!

Tips

  • Best to curl your lashes before application.
  • Start from roots of the lashes and gently wiggle.
  • It takes a bit of time to get used to this "rod" type wand but this works for those with sensitive eyes indeed.

Will I repurchase?
Yes.

To whom do I recommend this to?
ALL mascara users.

Where to purchase and how much?
Available at Happy Skin counters priced at Php999.00 (approx $2.20)

Best to start from the roots of your lashes and gently wiggle up.  For the sake of demo, I actually didn't curl my lashes but the formulation is so good it can lift my lashes on its' own.

Before and After
Lashes are darker, more defined, as you can see, my lashes are lifted a bit.
(Note: looks better when curled)

  2. Hi Miss Nikki! Which one do you prefer, Happy Skin's original mascara or this one?? How do they differ?
I love their holy grail mascara and I'll be needing a new one soon. Thinking which between the 2 to purchase.
    Thank you!

    1. Well, both are good but, given a choice, I'd go for this one because I am so lazy to use mascara nowadays because I always ended up messing my lid, so this is nice in a way that the wand doesn't touch my lid and it does hold my curl! :D
