Peripera's Airy Ink Velvet Review

When Club Clio was launched in the Philippines, one of the most sought-after K-Beauty brand aside from CLIO is the fun and trendy younger sister called Peripera.  Peripera has always been known for their bestselling Peripera Ink Velvet Range which I actually haven't tried!  But thankfully, before I grab my hands on these Velvet range, the newest light-as-air lip tint variant called Peripera Ink The Airy Velvet arrived!  I believe this is what I personally would want to use because I have extremely dry lips and I love tints that are non-drying, highly pigmented and soft to touch.

I got to try all 5 shades available locally!

Peripera Airy Ink Velvet promises the following properties on every cute bottle ---

• Lighter feel
  Air-light texture without dryness. Softly applies color on the lips.  Airy-light color touch
• Velvety and softer
  Soft velvety texture makes the surface of the lips feel soft, inside of the lips feel moisturized with even color without visible dead skin cells.
• Ink lasting
  True color, lasts all day long.

Heart Grapefruit

A bright orange red shade.

As always, I am not a fan or reddish orange lip color but I applied it all over my lips for the sake of review.  I find this shade to be better used to apply thinly and a little bit on the inner parts of my mouth for gradient lip effect.

Pretty Orange Pink

A sheer orange bordering peach shade.

I find this to be very subtle and easy-to-wear even for women of all ages!  I like how it can brighten up my face.

Sold Out Red

A classic blue tone red minus the mature-looking vibe.

This is definitely a perfect red for those who wanted to start wearing red minus the heavy feel!  I like how this shade works for anyone whether you have fair or dark complexion.

Beautiful Coral Pink

I don't know where the shade coral went but I find this to be cool-tone medium pink shade.

This is a very youthful shade!  

Elf Light Rose

A light pinkish rose shade that can work as an MLBB shade.  This is the most "natural-looking" shade out of the 5 I own.  My favorite!

This shade is the most apt for me (in my humble opinion) and I immediately wore this since the day I got the Airy Ink Velvete!  This shade is rosey pink in a sense that I look young but doesn't make me look like someone who tries so hard to be a teenager.  This would pass up as an MLBB for those who have light pinkish lips.

I haven't tried the original Ink Velvet from Peripera so I can't compare both!  But I'm glad I was able to try the Airy Ink Velvet Range because they are highly pigmented, very lightweight and applies smoothly even on rough surface of my lips.

These shades can be worn alone applying all over lips or apply a little amount at the center of the lips.  You can also be creative and mix 2 to 3 shades to create your own unique shade!  I love how I can play around with the shades and even mix this with other brands of lipsticks.

The Peripera Airy Ink Velvet have good staying power, stays minimum of 4 hours and it never dry out or create flaking lips!

I am very happy with the newest lip range from Peripera and I can't wait to try other shades, I hope they come up with more natural-looking ones for me to wear on a daily basis!  As for now, I am always picking Elf Light Rose and Beautiful Coral Pink.
