Weekend Food Trip at: Concha's Garden Cafe

If you are a long time reader, you'll probably know by now that I am an extremely simple person!  My way of bonding with my family will always be in a restaurant because #FoodIsLife for us!  I love searching for new restaurants to try because my mom and dad have both worked so hard to raise us and it was only when we all graduated and started working when they started to dine out!

It was nearing New Year when I've decided to give the famous Concha's Garden Cafe a try.  We heard so many positive reviews from friends who travel all the way to Tagaytay just to have breakfast there.

Okay, it wasn't a breakfast with my family, it was actually a dinner, but nevertheless I wanted to get the feel of what's in store for us in this restaurant inspired by homemade cooking.

Firstly, reservation is highly recommended as the restaurant tends to be packed with both cars and people.  I gave them a call for a good spot since my dad is on a wheelchair and our wish was granted!  I have to commend the staffs for great service!

The only non-plated meal we had to order was Lengua and it didn't fail us!  Really yummy and I will go back to order this again because I'm craving as of writing.

Beef Salpicao
Php350.00

Chicken Inasal
Php250.00

Pork Adobo
Php250.00

Pork Inasal
Php250.00

Since they are plated, I didn't get to try all the dishes but my order was Lengua and Pork Inasal and they were both flavorful and delicious!  Serving were a bit small for the plated meals so if you are extremely hungry, you need to order extras!

You have to order their Iced Tea because it is the brewed kind!  Love it so much!

I will definitely go back and try out their Breakfast!  I may probably go to Tagaytay one of these days before I get busier by the weekend and give Concha's Tagaytay a try too!

Any other food recommendation around Tagaytay?

Keep smilin'
Stay happy!
