When the newest Brow Artist Xpert pencils from L'Oreal landed on my desk one day with 7 true-to-the-brow shades (8 in the US), I knew they mean business. I immediately picked one shade that I think would match me based from the color of the cap and did a great job in doing so.
L'Oreal Brow Artist Xpert
Php350.00
Shade 108 Warm Brunette
The product comes with a retractable brow pencil on one side
and a soft styling brush on the other side.
I like the tear drop/triangular shape of the brow pencil which makes it extremely easy to draw brow hairs in a single stroke.
The pigmentation of the pencil is really good. You get this color (swatch below) on a single stroke.
I call this a very easy-to-use daily brow product. I highlight recommend this even to those who are just trying out brow pencils for the first time!
The easiest way to use this is to brush your brows gently.
Using the tip of the brow pencil, gently draw hair-like strokes starting from the center. The inner corner is the easiest area to make a mistake, if you draw with heavy hands, your brows will look unnatural so I prefer to do this the last step when your hands are accustomed to the product.
Before and After
Shade: Warm Brunette
AMW says ---
- Pigmentation is good.
- Packaging is great, cap has the corresponding shade.
- But, if you want to see the shade names, it is not printed on packaging as it was only printed on sticker which you will throw away once you open the seal.
- Pencil is soft and easy to blend but non-greasy and does not slide off midday.
- Comes with a good variety of shades so you can definitely find your perfect match. Other shades available --- 101 Blonde, 102 Cool Blonde, 103 Warm Blonde, 105 Brunette, 106 Ash Brunette, 107 Cool Brunette and 108 Warm Brunette (reviewed here)
- Long-wearing, lasts until removal.
- Price for quality.
Overall, I am impressed with this product and will highly recommend this!

Stay happy!
The brush is good for evening out the colour at the end however, it would be good if it was a bit firmer to help spread the colour a little more. Would definitely recommend this pencil!
