Tired? Stressed? Can't Sleep?

I almost do not have issues in sleeping until recently.  I managed various kinds of stressed all through the years so whenever people ask me if I'm stressed, I always answer: "Stress what?"

I never let stress bother me until recently, when dad fell of the stairs - survived, then 3 weeks after, suffered stroke and loss his ability to speak.

Even if I'm almost wanting to doze off every minute of the day, when it is time to sleep, I find myself tossing myself here and there, so many thoughts wandering around my head even counting sheep does not work!

All thanks to Blogger friend Raych Ramos for introducing this to me and for raving about it, I finally gave this a try.

AMW says ---

Pros

  • On international website KAO, they come in different variants (Lavender-sage aroma, Chamomile-Ginger aroma, Yuzu Aroma and Fresh Rose Aroma)
  • The scent is relaxing.
  • Indeed warms up in seconds and it stays warm for 10 minutes before it completely cools.
  • I wasn't a believer but I found myself dozing off in less than 10 minutes.  I woke up after because I wasn't used to sleeping with eye mask but I was happily surprised!
  • The eye mask sits comfortable.
  • I can imagine this as a perfect tool to use on cooler season.
  • Relaxes the eye and I was able to sleep well that night.

Cons

  • At first use, the heat actually irritates me, in a way I"m not used to having warm things around the eye area.
  • I got a bit nervous when I felt the mask getting warmer.

Overall
An effective product to use when you want to relax your eyes and senses.

Tips
  • Please do not use in conjunction with other face masks.
  • If you use eye drops, wait for a couple of minutes before you use this Steam Eye Mask for safety.
  • If eye irritations occur, remove mask and stop usage immediately.
  • It is best to close your eyes and relax while using this.  Even if you don't doze off as I did, the scent is actually soothing to the senses so just enjoy the moment.
  • Best to follow-up with skincare products like eye creams if you haven't slept!

Will I repurchase?
Yes!

To whom do I recommend this to?
Anyone who needed relaxation.  As much as I wanted my mom and dad to use such product, you have to be careful if they have eye surgeries or suffers hypertension, etc...

I am grateful there is such product to help me sleep better on times of distress.
Of course, you don't need to be stressed to use such product, you can actually use this whenever you want to relax, refresh and rejuvenate your eyes especially when you have a big day of work the day after!

Have you tried any of these Steam Eye Masks?

Do you prefer cold masks for the eyes are warm ones?
I am used to wearing cooling masks so this is a big change for me but I like how steam can help relax my eyes and steam can actually help in blood circulation!
