After the launch of the full HD line last year, I used Make Up For Ever Ultra HD Lip Booster in Universal (clear) so many times on #AMWIGStories , I even finished up 2 full tubes and I can't believe I did not blog about it!
I have received several DM's on Instagram asking me which particular lip product I was using as the dryness of my lips definitely disappeared in just a couple of swipes!
Since I got myself a 3rd tube, this time with their newest shade 02 Pink, I've decided to post about it because you can finally see a hint of color making this my ultimate fave especially for girls who have the same lip condition as I do --- dry, parched, super helpless lips!

A pro secret used to boost and prepare tired lips on sets : this hydra-plumping serum hydrates and smoothes, adding fullness and comfort to lips. Wear alone for naturally healthy-looking lips, or use as hydra-plumping mask before lipstick application, wiping off any excess before applying color.
The shade 02 Pink is a nice petal pink shade. It actually reminds me so much of my favorite flower color whenever I look at the doe-foot applicator.
What I like to do is to apply a hefty amount of this product after skincare before doing my makeup as the product will help smoothen my lips almost instantly. If I am opting for matte lipstick, I blot excess "moisture" on a clean baby wipes (baby wipes are better as it won't leave dry patches or marks!) and voila! Any matte lipstick (no matter how drying) will glide on smoothly.
Because of the term Hydra-Plump, I was actually nervous about the plumping effect as I prefer my lips to look natural on its' own, no plumping needed as I already have full lips. Thankfully, it does not have any minty feel and won't add up to the big, thick-lips effect. Just glossier, healthier-looking lips!
Because of hyaluronic acid, my lips are smoother and it can actually work as a lip balm on its' own. I like to use the clear one at night before going to bed and the Pink one on daytime.
The doe foot applicator is fluffy enough to deposit the right amount of product, I just wish I get to know how much product is left as I can't seem to see how much was left inside due to the black and dark packaging. But because this is one of the few lip product that works for my extremely dry lips, I am definitely purchasing backups and I just can't get enough!
Yes, it is a hefty price for a lip product but I don't mind investing on it since it really works for me and my clients!
