I have been on a lookout for waterproof pencil liners for as long as I remember.
At the back of my head, there are a few that passed my standard when it comes to "TRUE WATERPROOF QUALITY"
1. Make Up For Ever Aqua Liners
2. L'Oreal Superliner (which is phased out by the way!)

Pros
- Retractable, very easy-to-use.
- Glides easily.
- Highly pigmented.
- The shade Black brown is the perfect combination of black and brown. Looks very nice and natural on all skin tone.
- Easy to use and no sharpening needed.
- Does not smudge on me since I have normal-lids.
Cons
- May smudge a bit if you have hooded lids or extremely oily lids because of the smooth texture.
Overall
A great waterproof product, it does stay and hold when there's water BUT, it could smudge a bit if there's OIL. Meaning, oily-lidded users may find a bit of smudging.
Tips
- Best if this product is set with oil-free translucent powder.
- For more drama, set with a similar shade eyeshadow powder.
- If you have oily lids, you may try to use an eye primer prior to application or...
- After applying the liner, smudge with a smudger brush, the effect may not be as dramatic but it won't smudge as much.
Will I repurchase?
Yes! I love the shade and I love how smooth the product glides on my eyes without tugging.
To whom do I recommend this to?
Eye pencil users! This shade is perfect for daily look.
Where to purchase?
Beauty Bar.

Retractable type so no sharpening needed.
Swatch
You can apply close to the lashline and maybe, top with your favorite liquid liner to "seal" the product.
I find that using a pencil liner first is still the best way to get into those blank spaces liquid liners can't get into!
