The palette is magnetic so feel free to refill and remix the shades!  Aside from that you get a huge mirror (which I love) and 4 different shades of highlighting powder that glows like liquid gold/pearl.

What's included are: Full-size Beverly Hills, Minis of Rodeo Drive, Blissful and Star Island. 

Swatch:

Beverly Hills (a golden bronze, cool pink, pearly white, neutral shimmer and pinky-peach).  I love to use this blended together and it is a perfect face-glowing powder due to the pinky peach hue.
Star Island (Warm Ivory) This is a perfect highlighter if you want OOMPH.  The powder is finely textured so you can apply this thinly for a subtle glor or apply more if you want the area to pop.
Rodeo Drive (Universally flattering sun-kissed, soft gold).  This is my favorite highlighter for the inner corner of my eyes because it gives a nice oomph.  I also love to use this on my lower lashes at times I want to create a unique eye makeup look.
Blissful (Golden-bronze with rose undertones).  This is a nice highlighter for my cheektones, this is the most natural-looking of all for my skin tone.

Overall, I find all the highlighting powders to work for any skin tone and color.  This is an ultimate highlighter if that is something you can't live without.  I personally think this is a great palette for Professional makeup artists too!

Thankfully, the powder lasts for almost the whole day, but if you have oily skin, I suggest you top this product with a translucent powder to prevent the product from sliding off midday.
