Makeup That (Literally) Sparks Joy!

When #AltheaMakeup was launched.  There are a couple of items I really love!
Aside from the concealer that I loved so much and repurchased a even before I ran out of it, another item that got 2 thumbs of approval from me sparkles!

This sparkly number doubles up as both an eyeshadow and a liner to light up the eyes for some perky, glamorous peepers. Whether you like a subtle glow or a full-on glitter look, these have a hydrating formula that glides on like butter over the lids, allowing for an easy blend. Don't wait too long though, as they do set down, making them virtually budge-proof after. Pick from two pretty shades to suit your look!

Applicator: thin brush that makes it easy to work as an eyeliner!

Swatch:
If you can't seem to take a pick on which shade would work for you, think of it as this way - go for Gold if you have warm undertone and go for Pink if you have cool undertone.
But again, rules in makeup are meant to be broken!  Just pick any of the shade that makes you happy!

I know this can be used as eyeshadow or eyeliner, in my case, I like to use this as an "eye popper" and yes, there is a difference between them!

An eye popper is what I call for something that is optional!  After eyeshadow application, I like to create some serious highlighting action with this product.  The Gold Light gives a more define pop on me as compared to Pink Light.  Pink light appears more subtle on me so on days I want some serious sparkling business, I go for Gold Light.

After applying straight from the brush, I like to use my clean fingers and blend out everything for it to look more natural.

This is the easiest way to look young, fresh and good with makeup!

  4. First off I would like to say excellent blog! I
had a quick question which I'd like to ask if you do not mind.
I was curious to know how you center yourself and clear your
thoughts prior to writing. I've had trouble clearing my thoughts in getting my thoughts out.
I do enjoy writing however it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are generally lost just trying to figure
out how to begin. Any recommendations or hints?
    Thanks!
