IT COSMETICS Your Skin But Better CC Cream SPF50+ Review

I've heard so many great reviews about IT Cosmetics from my favorite international Beauty Bloggers ad Vloggers.  As much as I wanted to give them a try, it wasn't locally available (such a bummer)!  Thankfully, one of my favorite online beauty shopping site SEPHORA PH is carrying IT Cosmetics and I was able to give this a test right away!

The weather for the past few weeks was perfect to test out base makeup products.  It is very cool in the morning and extremely hot and sunny by lunch time onwards.

If you wonder how unnatural most base makeup look on you, take a look at this photo as I am wearing NOTHING except clothes *laughs* and IT Cosmetis CC+ cream!  (Mind you, in very thin layer!)

How do you like it?

Housed in a tube with pump packaging, this has always been my choice of packaging when it comes to base makeup product!  Why?  I can easily squeeze out the product and with the pump, I can easily control the amount of product to be dispensed.

I got the shade LIGHT and I was a bit nervous as I almost NEVER use light in ALL my base makeup products because they tend to look very ashy on me.

Thankfully, this was the best match on me and I couldn't be any happier.  I think Medium would also work for me!  I am just happy with the amazing range of shade choices and they even have the darkest TAN.

So Kudos IT Cosmetics for creating such wide range of shades!

Now, as stated over the product info, this product is developed with plastic surgeons so I am kind of expecting this to look extremely natural yet has "kick-ass" coverage.  I know, those 2 shouldn't match but hey, IT Cosmetics was able to nail it!

This product somewhat reminded me of my favorite SKIN79 BB cream (Blemish Balm Cream) with its' multi-tasking ways.  But, Skin79 BB gives me an almost foundation look while IT Cosmetics has everything I need from Skin79 with a more natural and glowing finish.

Benefits:

  • Sunscreen (SPF50+ hello!  You are amazing!)
  • Color Correcting Cream (Yes, it does correct the redness and dark spots)
  • Hydrating Anti-Aging Serum.
  • Also works as a foundation if applied thickly

If you check their website, they advise you to use a brush, as for me, the best way to apply this is by using your clean fingers.  The warmth of my fingers help blend out the product easily and smoothly.  Of course, as for any base makeup, DO NOT FORGET your neck!

 Before and After
I am amazed with the amount of coverage it gives considering I used only a few amount of product.  It covers my undereye circles, the redness around my cheeks and my favorite part is how hydrated my skin looks throughout the day and I can even survive without applying powder on top!

And you know what my favorite compliment from a friend?  "You don't look your age at all and your skin is glowing!"

For someone who almost said goodbye to all BB and CC creams and just rely on skincare and concealer to cover up certain areas that needed coverage, IT Cosmetics CC+ cream relived my love for base makeup!  I am finding myself picking this up more often and even using this to spot conealer (as a concealer!)  Yes, it is THAT of a multi-tasking product I can't wait to repurchase once I'm done with this!

Have you tried IT Cosmetics CC Cream?
Do you like the coverage and effect it gives on me?

Keep smilin'
Stay happy!
