I was inspired to do a Lace nail art design (which I have done many years ago) when I saw these 2 shades of Happy Skin x Posh Nails Express Gel Polish. February maybe a month of LOVE and you're probably expecting hearts after hearts! Not this time! Lace are romantic too you know! *winks*
There are a total of 4 shades in the collection and I got 2 to work with - TLC and Lush.
Applied 2 coats of TLC as shown on photo below and let dry
Once the base color is completely dry, apply 3 lines of Luxe as shown on photo below.
The effect will be like this. 3 lines do not have to be the same length, the more uneven, the better.
Picking a white 2-Way Nail Art pen, I put 3 dots to create that "lace" effect.
This is very crucial step, make sure the dots are COMPLETELY dry before you apply Express Gel Top Coat.
VOILA! Simple, easy and very fun-to-do nail art design! Do give it a try, it is one of the simplest art to work on especially for first timers!
