Creamy Mushroom Pork Chop Recipe

So I posted this recipe on AMW IG Stories and a lot of you asked me about the ingredients and how to do this dish.  Well, this is very simple, simpler if you have Pressure cooker, but if you don't have, don't worry, you just need to boil the meat beforehand or cook this longer to make sure it'll turn out tender.

Creamy Mushroom Pork Chop Recipe


  • 1 kilo pork chop
  • Butter
  • Chopped garlic 
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Nestle Cream
  • mushrooms

You can choose to oven cook or pan-fry your pork chops to make the oil come out and "toast" the fatty part.  I chose the latter because I'm in a hurry.

The pork chops are marinated with garlic bits, salt and pepper beforehand and pan fry with butter and more garlic.

Once your pork chops are golden brown, set it aside and cook the creamy mushroom sauce.
Sauteed garlic, add mushrooms and Nestle Cream, add a cup of water, salt and pepper to taste. 

Put the cooked pork chops inside pressure cooker and pour in the creamy mushroom sauce.

"Pressure cook" for approximately 15-20 minutes and serve and enjoy !

That's the easiest yet tastiest pork chop I've done!
I can't wait to do another version using the same type of meat!
