the SAEM Cover Perfection Pot Concealer Review

I bought a couple of the SAEM items on Althea way before they arrived our shores!  One of the product I love from the brand (which I repurchased so many times) is the SAEM Perfection Tip Concealer

Because I get impressed "by brand", I tend to go back and purchase more items from the brand and see if they earn another thumbs up from me!

Blemishes, dark spots, and panda eyes aren't on our list to flaunt 'em just because we got 'em. The Saem's Cover Perfection Pot Concealer is a balm type concealer that gives full coverage for even the peskiest of spots and keeps them hidden all day long thanks to its long-wearing formula. It'll keep those blemishes under wraps until you're ready to take your makeup off at the end of the day.

Swatch: 02 Rich Beige
I always get the darkest shade for Korean brands because they usually have warmer undertone to it making it a perfect concealer for my undereye circles.  I like to purchase concealer for the mere use of covering my eyebags and maybe a little bit of redness around the nose or some random pimples on the chin area!

02 Rich Beige is not completely "warm", it has more of a yellow tone than peach/orange making this a perfect "brightening" concealer too.

As for any pot concealer (mostly cream texture), the best tool to use is your clean fingertips because these concealers tend to be "less creamy", and the more you "tug" during application, the more you'll end up with dry undereye skin making the concealer obvious.

The warm of my fingertips can help "melt" the product making it easy to apply.

It is highly recommended to hydrate the skin around the area before concealer application.

Before and After
In my opinion, the product is self-setting, I can get away without setting this with powder because of my dry skin nature.  For users with oily skin, setting this will be the best bet!

As for coverage, you get medium to medium full coverage.  Adding more may be okay but I suggest to forgo on that as cream concealer tends to get dry by end of the day making it easy to enhance dry lines around the eyes.

the SAEM Cover Perfection Pot Concealer is really affordable and works really well, I don't have to say a lot!  Just look at my before and after photo and you'll know why I'm happy with this purchase!

The thing though, if you have extremely dark undereye circles, the shade Rich Beige won't be enough to "correct" the dark undereye circles, instead, use an orange/salmon/peach corrector instead then top it with this concealer as this helps brighten up the area with it's yellow tint!

Have you tried any the SAEM products?
Do you like this concealer ?
