If there's one local brand that I really trust, trust enough to even use their baby products line for Kyle, that's Human Nature!
Human Nature has been around for quite some time and you've seen them getting into big supermarkets, beauty sections and even drugstores! It was a pure pleasure for me to see them grow to a baby line (hello Toothpaste, Shampoo etc... that I constantly use for my son!) and now, they ventured into Anti-Aging department.
Human Nature has a new Night Cream called Radiant Grace (Php995.00) and it is 100% natural.
A night cream that provides intense moisturization and anti-aging protection.Minimizes the appearance of fine lines; improves skin firmness and radiance; repairs sun damage and brightens skin with Vitamin C; protects from photo-aging with Vitamin E; moisturizes with with anti-aging Olive leaf extracts and hydrating jojoba oil; 100% of users reported improvement in skin texture.
How can an anti-aging product be 100% natural? I asked the same questions so I checked ingredients for you guys ---
aqua (water), stearyl alcohol (vegetable-derived), glycerin (vegetable-derived), Olea europaea (olive) leaf extract, ascorbyl glucoside, zinc PCA, ascorbic acid, sorbitan stearate (plant-derived), diheptyl succinate (vegetable-derived), capryloyl glycerin/sebacic acid copolymer (vegetable-derived), isostearyl hydroxystearate, hydrolyzed corn starch, Beta vulgaris (beet) root extract, sodium benzoate, gluconic acid, tocopherol (vitamin E), xanthan gum, Helianthus annuus (sunflower) seed oil, Passiflora edulis (passionfruit) seed oil, Persea gratissima (avocado) seed oil, olus (vegetable) oil, Simmondsia chinensis (jojoba) seed oil, fragrance (all-natural)Quite possible, but I am impressed on how the brand went into research to create such product knowing that 100% natural products may get the chance to "expire" faster with the absence of chemical! But if it works, why would you let this night cream sit in your vanity table for long? Use it as often as you can because I don't see anything bad with the ingredients. (Not unless you have sensitivity to some of the ingredients mentioned above!) Yes, that is still possible!
This moisturizer is advertised as night cream but you have to note that the texture is lightweight enough to be used as Day Cream --- BUT, it is highly recommended you use ample amount of sunblock to protect your skin if you plan to use this on day time due to the presence of "Ascorbic acid" as this will help lighten up your skin and make it bright! Your skin could get more sensitive to the harmful rays of the sun so pile up on that sunscreen.
Let's start talking about the scent, I am not a fan of the scent as I'm used to creams smelling a bit floral or citrusy but not the type that "came out from the tube" scent. Nothing ridiculously bad but I'm not a fan of their scent (IMHO and it's just ME!)
The scent goes away a few minutes after application, I am just OC like that sharing my opinion on the products I used. But set that aside, you get a very nice texture and lightweight night cream that gets absorbed into skin after application. Your skin feels smooth, soft and you can immediately see a bit of that radiance the brand promises.
Before and After
I have redness on some parts of my face and as you can see on my before and after photos, the cream helps soothe my skin thus lessening redness - must be the sunflower oil that contributes to my skin's calmness!
I haven't used this for a long time since I alternate this with my constant night cream but this is indeed something you may want to try especially if you are on a budget and wanted something natural, paraben-free to treat early signs of skin aging!
Keep smilin'
Stay happy!
