Generation Happy Skin Easy Eyes is Indeed Very Easy To Use!

This product was part of Generation Happy Skin's Holiday Collection 2019 and I did an initial thoughts video on #AMWIGtv .  If you can't find it, I'll put up the link HERE so you can watch the overview.

As always, initial thoughts could be my last thoughts but most of the time, after trying it out a couple of times, I have my final word written and stamp by AMW in this blog!  So #shamelessplug ahead, feel free to follow me here on the Blog as well because I definitely have a lot more to say!

The packaging probably looks familiar to you because I reviewed a similar product from Generation Happy Skin called FLEX and this particular one is in different shade called FRESH.

If you find FLEX to be a bit too much for you to start out on shadow sticks, go for Fresh because this shade is lighter - a light pink brown shade to be exact and it is a breeze to apply on any skin tone!

Swatch: FRESH

Similarly as my previous reviews, I like FRESH for the fact that I can use it even without any makeup on.  I can even get away using this without eyeliner which is unusual for most eyeshadow application!  I mean, seriously, would you just go dash out with eyemakeup without mascara or eyeliner?  NOT ME FOR SURE!

The name is perfect for the shade, I always get complimented on looking "FRESH" whenever I use this particular shadow because it gives off a super young and youthful vibe.  Thankfully, for a pink shadow, this also works even if you're 30 years old and above!  Which is a huge pat on the back for the people behind Generation Happy Skin because it is difficult to create baby pink shade that does not appear "trying hard" for the older market.

Before and After
Now you see what I mean about not applying eyeliner?

Fresh is exactly the same as Flex in terms of texture.  It has a smooth, easy-to-apply texture making it easy for me to blend out product with just my fingertips!  It does stay for the whole day without creasing or fading!  I also like to use this as a makeup base because my eye makeup stays longer with this underneath.

So yes, you can definitely wear this alone or as an eyeshadow base.

Here's an added bonus, the shade is also perfect as a cheek color even your lipstick!  So multi-functional part definitely earns a huge thumbs up mark!

There's one small thing I'd like to add though, a teeny-weeny CON, this product tends to dry out when approximately 1/4 of the stick is left eventhough I close my cap tight after every use.  I also felt the texture changed a bit.  I don't mind though as I'm almost nearing the end and a little bit of rubbing and blending at the back of my hand would do the trick!

And oh, don't twist it too high because it will break!  BE GENTLE and CAREFUL.

Overall, I like this product and would definitely use it a lot!  I can't wait to see more shades from the brand.
