Pre-motherhood, I was a "dine-out girl", or "food delivery maven". Today, as a mom of a six-year old adorable boy, I turned into a "Chef" at my own humble home!
I plan my meals ahead by listing down the dishes for the whole week on Sunday night. Comes Monday, I buy all the ingredients at the supermarket or "wet" market (wherever the freshest ingredients are located!).

My family noticed how my pechay and cabbage stays crunchy even after cooking, how my fried chicken fillet stays tender and juicy on the inside even when it was stored for several days in the ref!
