When I hear the name Max’s Restaurant, I always have good memories. Every weekend, we would stroll at SM Sta. Mesa with my parents and dine at Max’s Restaurant because my dad loves the Fried Chicken so much we had to choose that place to make his tummy happy and contented. I remembered saying: “No more chicken for me!” And ended up trying out their various dishes which I turn to really love! I mean why are they called Max’s Fried Chicken when you can also call Max’s Fresh Lumpia, Fried Lumpia, Bulalo and so much more?
And if like me, you prefer to try out different dishes per visit, this is a perfect time as Max’s All-You-Can Weekends is back!
Classic Max’s favorites available in ONE plate!
Chicken Sisig
A crowd-pleasing medley of chopped Max’s Fried Chicken and chicken liver, topped with slivers of chili fingers, onions and celery.
Sarap-to-the-Bones Fried Chicken - best enjoyed with Max’s Banana Ketchup with a dash of hot sauce or Worcestershire sauce.
Chicken Lumpiang Shanghai - ground chicken and select spices.
Tofu cubes with chopped onions and bell peppers, sauteed in a special sauce, and topped with chili
for some delightful heat
Each plate comes with steamed RICE-ALL-YOU-CAN!
