It's literally a day before Heart's Day! For me, Valentine's Day should be EVERYDAY because that's how we should always feel - To Love and Be Loved! But if you are the type of girl who wants to get extra romantic or you want to celebrate the said season! So I had this BYS Lip Tar in shade Party in Ibiza for the longest time! I find this shade to be a type of shade that you need to mix with a lighter color to tone down the brightness. I can never walk around with almost neon lips! But for the sake of Valentine's Day, and for those who are into bright-colored lip color...why not?
