Made Chicken and Bacon Carbonara using Alaska Crema (this made my dish more exciting! ). Because hey! We all deserve some comfort food especially on weekends! Enjoy!

Mr AMW Cooks: Creamy Carbonara

Hi AMW friends!
Sorry for the delayed post!  I was up busy all day for a Bridal gig yesterday then got home late because we dined out for a quick family reunion for Mr. AMW's advance birthday dinner.

A reader requested me to post my recipe of Creamy Carbonara and first of all, I want to thank Mr. AMW's officemate for sharing this recipe.  The title goes Mr. AMW Cooks  because he was the one who prepared this dish and let me tell you, he knows how to cook and it was really yummy!

Ingredients:

• All purpose Cream in Can
• 1 Nestle Cream (tetrapak)
• Penne Pasta
• Mushrooms
• Onions
• Garlic
• Bacon 
• Beef Cubes
• Pepper
• Basil (optional)
