Esfolio Pure Skin Green Tea Facial Cleansing Tissue Review

I finish cleansing wipes as fast as I finish my "Salted Egg Potato Chips".  *laughs*
Not a good comparison but just so you know, I can finish up a tub in a week so that means, a pack of 20 sheets cleansing wipes, I also get to finish in a week!  That's how much of a cleansing "hoe" I am!
So when it comes to cleansing wipes, I don't discriminate or judge, I use all brands, all sizes, all price range from drugstore to high end brands!  And obviously, I welcome the newest Korean Skincare brand that recently arrived our shores --- ESFOLIO.

That's me with "freshly" removed makeup using Esfolio Pure Skin Green Tea Facial Cleansing Tissue.  As you can see on photo, there's a whole lot of eyeliner left on the waterline, I'll definitely explain why after the jump.

Simple is Kind To Your Skin

The reason why I started this Blog is quite blurry, yes, it has been almost a decade ago.  Long time AMW readers would probably know that I started this blog because I wanted to share my skincare journey!  As much as I'm a make-up fanatic, I actually started with the love of "taking care of one's skin" that's when I started to hunt for good, quality products that would work for my sensitive skin.

Yes, I used to have extremely sensitive skin, I said "used to" because skin condition does change, and mine changed from Sensitive to Combination (Normal/Dry) because I may be doing something right with my skincare regimen.

Recently, UK's well-loved skincare brand called Simple Skincare arrived our shores!  I was ecstatic because I have read so many positive reviews from my fellow International Beauty Bloggers.  Though these products came in a bit late, for me, it's better Late than Never when it comes to products meant for sensitive skin.

What sets Simple Skincare apart from other skincare brands?  Their products are free of color, harsh chemicals added with skin-loving ingredients that is specifically designed for users with sensitive skin.

Lucky enough, I got 3 of their top cleansing products to test --- the Micellar Cleansing Wipes, Micellar Cleansing Water and Dual Effect Eye Make-Up Remover.

Let's start with the easiest, travel-friendly cleanser, the Micellar Cleansing Wipes.

Instantly Hydrate with Burt's Bees Cucumber & Sage Facial Cleansing Towelettes

It was wee hours of the night when I was in a rush for a lipstick swatch-fest (14 lipsticks to be exact) for a staff training of a prestigious skincare and lip care brand.  My skin was breaking out, my lips are dry and cracked from all the lip swatches.  I was extremely tired, but I knew I had to do it!  It was a job that I accepted and I always give 101%

It was already 1:30am and I realized, my face makeup just won't stay!  My body is just too stressed and tired nothing would work!  Then I saw a pack of Burt's Bees Cucumber & Sage and thought: "Aside from the fact that cucumbers are great to lessen undereye puffiness, cucumbers can improve complexion by simply rejuvenate the skin!  Cucumbers are also known to help tighten pores and fade freckles."

Whatever they said, I just put a sheet on top of my face for a couple of minutes and voila!  The shoot went ahead and I finished everything in no time!

The Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleansing Cloths Is Promising But...

I got your attention with my blog title right?
Well, thanks for coming and please don't leave!  I really have something to say about the new Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleansing Cloths that I have been using for the past few weeks.

These are like regular cleansing cloths --- pre-moistened with a mild, soap-free cleanser that will help remove makeup and dirt!

Props to Cetaphil for the packaging, though the plastic isn't as thick as the ones from Burt's Bees, the lid seals in tightly and the sticker is amazing!  I had a hard time removing the sticker so you know the wipes are really moist on every use!
