Pros
What I love about the Stila Lip Glaze in Raspberry is that it looks good on almost everyone I've tried this on. I've brought this pen to the office and tried on to my colleagues and everyone looks good on this, but it doesn't look universal. I think this gloss blends well with the natural lip color thus giving out different looks on different individuals!
Tips

Pros
- tastes yummy!
- it is a bit stickier than MAC lip glass, but I am ok with this (Kiss test from Hubby results to --- "yes, it's a bit sticky")
- I love the click / dial lipgloss
- the shine lessen after several drinks but the color stays on my lips
- the click sounds cool, but it takes forever for the gloss to come out. (I've checked that a couple of people have problems with this click pen thing, as if you clicked too much, product will overflow). So far, I don't have problem with this YET
- not available in the Philippines!

Tips
- click once or twice with your pen upside down for the product to easily come out
- apply thinly one coat before you re-apply the 2nd coat to keep product from being wasted, there are some days that one coat is enough
- I know this is OC of me, but I always wipe the brush tip with paper towel before I close the cap

Thanks B for giving me the opportunity to try this gloss!
I love this and this is in my make-up bag since I got it!
I heart you!
Ah Raspberry looks like a color after my own heart! Especially since Papaya Lip Glaze was a hit for me :)
ReplyDeletethis lipgloss looks lovely on you Nikki :)
ReplyDeleteis that available in one shade only? am curious to try but i got lots of glosses not yet halfway through finished... but it looks neat! :) might check it out when i hit SG.
ReplyDeleteI tried Lip Glaze at our local Stila counter, and to be honest, while it was good, I wasn't all that won over. It was pricey, and too sticky for my liking. For me, it's still Bourjois gloss all the way!
ReplyDeleteGosh, this looks yummy on you! And we must be twins because I love the click noise too. LOL!!
ReplyDeleteThat color looks very pretty(and your lips are heart shaped!)...I have two of the lip glaze at this moment, I am probably not going to buy more because of first, the 22dollar price tag(duh!) and the fact that I am having some issues with the brush (I tried to wash and clean one of them like what I am doing with cherry crush, it was a mess...) Oh, well, guess I am a germaphobe...I hate seeing the bristles getting stained...
ReplyDeleteAnyway, if they changed the applicator to ones that I can wipe clean, I would probably be a fan...
Citrine
Hi Nikki,
ReplyDeleteThis is gorgeous on your lips and I can see how it would be universally flattering! Hopefully Stila makes it to your 'hood soon - otherwise I'll just have to send you some! LOL
I hope you're doing well and having a great weekend!

ReplyDeletewhy does the lip colors always look good on u!
ReplyDeleteit never ooks that nice on me. cuz of my stupid dark lips =(
ReplyDeleteHey Nikki,
ReplyDeleteThe gloss looks great on you! Your post has reminded me how great Stila glosses are. I remember using them years ago now but I completely forgot about them... Do I have terrible memory or what!
I think it's time for a re-purchase :-P
Renee
that lipgloss looks real nice on you:)
ReplyDeleteThis lipgloss looks great on you.
ReplyDeleteI haven't tried out Stila products since they're not available also in Indonesia, nevertheless I'd love to try someday. :)
ReplyDeleteAnyway, I was laughing my ass off when I read about your hubby's kiss test LOL. Oh boy, I think I have to get a new BF soon LOL :D
i have also seen so many reviews raving it. i hope it will be on sale on strawberry net soon then i will grab them! :D
ReplyDeletesuch pretty lip color!! "earth calling diana.. i should get some stila in HK" lol
ReplyDeleteI've got Stila Lip Glaze but rarely use it because it's too sticky for me. I've got Laura Mercier in Violet in my mini make up bag at the moment because it's got great texture and the colour is versatile. Can wear it with almost any colours. Lovely to see back by the way... You're back, aren't you? :)
ReplyDeleteParis, when I read about your rave on the Papaya Lip Glaze, that doubles my curiosity, if you love it, I'm sure I will be loving it too
ReplyDeleteNicNic, thanks
Mhean, it's not only in one color, they've got a couple of shades available. I'm not sure if they have it in SG, let me know :)
Liz, you are a Bourjois Loyalist, when I saw them in HK, I remembered you! :)
B, I love the click noise, I really do!!!! I just love the product so much so i can't click too much coz I hate product wastage :D
Citrine, oohhhh no washing of the brush for me then! Thanks for letting me know, I just wipe it with a wet tissue after application. Thanks for appreciating the shape of my lips! LOL I never thought of that
Lilan, sweet girl! It does look lovely and I love how it works well to different people and it doesn't look "all the same" :)
Royalmocha, i'm sure you'll get the chance to get your own Click Click from Stila :D
Jesmakeup, trust me, not all colors look good on me! LOL Browns doesn't flatter me ..so does bright reds :D And I've seen your lips, your lips are good! No worries about it :D
Beautyfool Renee, aawww..I'm glad I brought back old memories :)
Aireen, Gio, thanks girls
Devi, don't tell me you don't have a bf yet?? No way! Such pretty girl like you?? What are the men in Indonesia thinking??? hehehehe
ReplyDeletePrettybeautiful, same here! If I see them on Sale at strawberrynet...I'll grab more!!! But I doubt though...
Dianatan, I don't see any Stila products in HK, enjoy your trip!!!
Gracie, true, the Stila Lip Glaze could be on the sticky side, but I don't mind, because it is so pretty..hmm..I would love to check out more on what's on your bag, I'm sure you change stuffs in your bag every now and then, and I just got back home!!!! I arrived early morning today!
yep, will definitely update you. am excited to fly on Friday! :D
ReplyDeleteWell which girl doesn't love the ever popular Stila Lip Glaze? I owned some of the sample size ones. It's not the best lipgoss, I'd say. But def. a cute and fun gloss which I must own! My fave is Brown Sugar and Vanilla. =)
