AMW Reviews: Vitacreme B12 Regenerative Cream

Finally, a skin care product review!  You can call me a snail reviewer all you want *giggles* I actually find it cute!  Snail Reviewer! :)

I have the much raved Vitacreme B12 on hand approximately 3 months and I've been using this on and off that's why its taking me T...H...I...S    L....O......N....G... to review the said product!

The SNAIL has finally spoken! :P

AMW says ---
Pros
  • Simple squeeze-type packaging that makes it easy for me to control the amount of product to dispense.
  • Sealed just like regular medicinal ointment from drugstore.  Assures us that the product is fresh.
  • A little goes a super long way!
  • Moisturizes my skin leaving it hydrated the whole day.
  • No skin irritations nor allergic reactions *knocks on wood*  If skin irritations occur, stop usage immediately!
  • There's no weird, irritating scent.  It smells like a light baby powder.
  • I can feel firmness on my skin and increase in suppleness.
  • Since skin feels and looks tighter, the very small pores on the sides of my nose was reduced!
  • My skin peeling is GONE and I can actually say, I'm "normal skinned" now?  Even if I forgot to apply moisturizer at night, I don't wake up with flaky skin.
  • Gets absorbed into the skin easily so I can move on with my sunblock and makeup. If you plan to use this during the day.
  • Turned-off with the moisturizing/hydrating property I kept telling you about?  Surprisingly, this gives out a matte finish so this complements with your makeup application by working as a base.
Cons
  • A bit pricey for a 50ml tube but in fairness to this product, this will last you a long long time.
  • Won't work for everyone.  May cause breakouts to people with sensitive skin.
Overall
You may have read various raves about the product, but please do not expect too much at first purchase.  What I appreciate about this product is its simplicity and how it targets straight to skin concerns like peeling, drying and it does leave my skin soft, smooth and firm.

Let's talk about fine lines, I do have distinct lines under the eye area but since this product is a bit too potent for the sensitive skin around the eyes, I gave the under eye application a skip so I can't tell if this product can really reduce the appearance of fine lines.

I've read from other reviews that this also works for acne scars/marks?
Results VARY...keep that in mind please?

Tips
  • If you have sensitive skin,do the product test before applying this on your entire face.
  • If you have oily skin, do use this during the night time.
  • Take time to gently massage the product onto your cleansed skin.
  • Start by applying once daily then proceed to am and pm application if the product works for you.
  • Since this product does not have SPF, you need to apply sunblock separately if you use this in the morning.
Will I repurchase?
Depends, I'll see how long this tube will last me, I hope this won't expire on me.

To whom do I recommend this?
Anyone who would like to invest on skincare and isn't in a hurry to see results.  If moisturizing plus tightening and smoothing of the skin is what you're aiming for, this is a good product to try!

Where to purchase and how much?

Exclusively available in Watsons (SM Megamall, SM North EDSA, SM Cubao, SM Makati and SM Mall of Asia) for Php1,895.00 (approx $44.00) per tube.

  1. Thanks for sharing this review. Will probably skip this since you described the texture as like that of body butters - might be a bit thick for my skin type. Kinda pricey but I'm glad this works for you. :)

  4. Its Really moisturizing and I agree it really got rid of my flakey skin too! But I stopped using it already and I'll use it again next 3 months to give my skin a break to prevent it from getting used to Vitacreme. I gave my friend one tube too and she loves it! She describes her skin as Sahara desert before now she Have normal skin. My mom loves it too! Her skin looked more supple and she even joked that it made her looked 5 years younger hehehe. By the way, I frequent Ying Ying fir takeouts too I hope we could bump into each other aoon hehe

  7. I've been thinking about buying vitacreme, but I'm still a little hesitant about the price. I have combination skin not sure if that's the correct condition of my skin though, I have super dry skin but when I put any thing on my face it gets super oily.
