  1. Hi AskMeWhats and L'oreal! I believe I deserve to win this makeover because I'm at a point in my life where I feel happier, have a more positive outlook in life, getting in better shape and more free to do my own thing. This makeover will surely help translate how I feel on the inside and give me that extra boost of confidence! :)

  2. Since I chose to become a hands-on mom, I have very minimal time for myself. I only get a "ME-time" when I go out for my freelance work and do some unwinding for an hour before I go home. I also would rather spend the money for my baby than for myself. My last haircut was over a year already and I haven't visited a salon for almost 6 months. I think I deserve the makeover to gain more motivation and positivity with all the hard work :D

I believe I deserve to win this makeover because I'm stressed with all the problems that is happening with my family right now. I'm always worried about my father's health condition and my mother suffering the financial burden that we have. Because of stress, my body is affected like my skin is acting up and my hair is starting to get dry and undernourished. I can't afford to have treatments right now with my situation. If I win this makeover, it can somehow boost my confidence level and give me positive outlook in life even though problems come along my way.

  4. Hi Ms Nikki, I only go to salons for my foot scrubs and pedicure every two months and haircut once in a while, in between, I opt for home service by my trusted "manikurista". And every time I have my foot scrub sessions, I feel giddy because salons gives me a different high, parang ang ganda ganda ko habang nakaharap sa salamin, maybe the lighting, or baka feeling ko lang talaga. If only I have the budget to go everytime I want salon services, I would, kaya lang every two months lang kaya ko, minsan pumapalya pa kaya having this make over will not only make me giddy but will put me to "salon nirvana", expensive kaya ang ganyang treatment. If I will be given the chance for this makeover, I can say na hindi lang dahil sa lighting or feeling ko lang kaya maganda ko, yun ang totoo! ;)

  5. i just have to join this giveaway!hahaha!
i wanna win this giveaway so bad just because i am feeling hopeless about my hair. Everytime i use a hair color treatment my hair ends up being frizzy & sooooooo dry it's downright annoying!

my hair may look good on the pic but not when you touch it. you'll know what's wrong with my hair when you see me in personal.

It comes to the point that i'm so desperate to bring back the moisture that i would be using oils on my hair already. It would make my hair good for a while but it would end up in me having dandruff later on.

I am so annoyed with my hair already that i even contemplated shaving it off one day. i was so pissed when i ran my comb through my hair then i saw a bunch of fallen hair on it.
    argh!

its so damn hard to look for a brand that will agree on my hair. when one works, it will stop working no matter how much i deep cleanse.
    *sigh*

Ever since I've been wanting that natural-look straight hair, like those in shampoo commercials. Living independently here in the Philippines is hard but fulfilling. One thing though, I don't have that much time for myself since I do everything, laundry, cleaning, ironing, and working. I do believe I deserve to win this makeover as a reward for myself for being such a hardworking and a good daughter. It can also boost my self-confidence and aura. I want to bring back that blooming aura that I once have, and this makeover is the solution! :)

  7. I believe I deserve to win this makeover because I want to flaunt a natural-looking straight hair (that rebonding couldn't give) during job interviews. I'm a fresh grad and currently looking for jobs. Having a natural-looking straight hair will surely boost my confidence. And anyway, rebonding isn't an option for me because I don't like the very unnatural and stiff hair after the treatment. This chroma straight treatment is maybe just what I need for my dry and frizzy hair. :)

  8. As a nurse and also a blogger, I never had a very good, nice and decent sleep for months now. From working late hours in the clinic to attending nonstop events, which are both my passion, I somehow looked at the mirror this morning and found myself looking like a hag!I lost the radiance I had before, the silkiness of my hair and smooth skin which turned out to be scaly. I deprived myself of a nice pampering while working hard. I guess I need your help now, AskMeWhats and L'oreal! This little stressed girl wants to bring back beauty again! :)

I never had a hair makeover before. My virgin wavy hair is shouting " I want that makeover" :) I, sometimes imagine my crowning glory - shiny, bouncy and full of life just like in shampoo commercial. So excited! Hope to win this makeover :)

I would like to join your giveaway because I want hair I could be proud to wear down and let loose but right now it's almost always in a ponytail or bun. I have been wanting to take better care of my hair for the longest time but I just don't know where to start. Sometimes, we really need to turn to the experts. I think this hair makeover is really the push in the right direction that I need.

    Thank you!

  11. It has been a year now since my last visit to the salon for a hair rebond. I have a long black frizzy hair that's why I need to get my hair done every once in a while. I work in a call center based company as a peer coach. I train new hires get acquainted with the system and the in and outs of our line of business. To gain more confidence and to get respect, I believe looking good is a criteria. Since my hair started looking frizzy again, I tie my hair up or I braid it. I am in my most beautiful when I wear my hair down. It's time for me to get a makeover and I know Chroma Straight is the answer.

It started pumanget last year when i did not pass the board exam i lost all myself confidence. I just dont care anymore about my hair i will always put my hair in ponytail. Last year was really a bad year for me. I hope i' ll win this makeover to bring back my confidence to apply in work..

  13. I can't remember when was the last time I went to a salon to have my hair fix. I had my hair rebonded twice and I am thinking I will never do it again for the reason that I noticed that my hair strands became thinner. I saw some pictures that shows some hair loss and I got sad looking at it. Maybe the brand of straightening chemicals were too harsh that resulted to that. for over months now, I stopped ironing my hair when I get work, all i do is rolled it up even if it is dump wet for the whole period of time I am at work. When I get home thats the time I tied it with scrungee. Planned to have it curl so I wont spend time fixing it, but the lovey doesn't want too. He said my face would look chubby with curly hair. I am badly needing a Loreal make over to help find a good hait style that can serves me the whole day at work and time at home being a Mom. Whether it's a short or long hair with Loreal is so fine!:)

  14. i think i deserve to win this because:
    first, i can't affor this
second, i work hard - i have a full-time job, i teach part-time, even on saturdays and weekday evenings, i commute everyday to and from work"s" (cavite -qc-manila-cavite)
third - i may be a full time employee, but i also am a hands-on mom and a hands-on wife
fourth- i feel so ugly and tired and stressed out already
fifth- i've been a good girl, not naughty, and Santa can attest to that.

So there...need I say more? Thank you!

  15. They say that the hair is a girl’s crowning glory. Like any other girl, I had always dreamed of a long black shiny hair. But how can I, when I was born with a natural curly hair. For a time, I even experienced bullying during high school because of my hair. As a teenage girl, it breaks my heart to hear nasty comments on how I look. Then came the hair rebonding, instantly I knew that this was the answer to my prayers. My mom finally decided to gave in to my request, as she pitied me for staying long hours in front of the mirror fixing my hair and how this dilemma caused my self esteem to falter. From then on I've had my hair treated, up to college ,and until now that I am working. I would save up money from my allowance just to go to the salon and have my hair "retouched". But lately, I noticed that my hair became lifeless, dull and brittle. That's when I realized that back then, I did not pay attention to the brand/quality of hair treatment being used by the salon where I usually go, to have my hair rebonded. Due to this hair problems, I feel like I am going through the same old problem I experienced before. Sometime I would rather choose not to go out because I feel that I don’t look good enough and that my self-confidence is again slowing fading. I work as a marketing assistant in a telecommunication company, and my job requires me to be decent looking especially when dealing with clients. I only earn enough for my self and my family’s needs, and going to salon is just not on my priority list right now due to many household expenses . I have heard so much good reviews on how L’oreal products and how it worked wonders to every girl’s crowning glory. I hope I’d be given a chance to experience the make over, and that I know it would contribute it helping me regain and boost my self confidence.

I deserve to win this makeover because I want to experience having natural-looking, bouncy, straight locks for once. I have naturally curly hair that I have straightened, but I still have to do additional work (e.g., flat ironing) on it. This treatment promises long-lasting frizz control, and that would be heaven--in this humid country, frizz is always a problem, especially with hair like mine. Once it starts to grow, the baby hairs just go CRAZY. It would be nice to feel pampered and beautiful as I rarely go to the salon because I don't have money to spare.

Besides, I will be applying for a job soon, and what better way to make a good impression on future employers than having beautiful hair? After all, first impressions matter, and looking sleek and sophisticated will improve my chances of landing a job. Thank you very much!

  17. I deserve to win this makeover because as we all know Loreal is the best product when it comes to hair makeover. I am dreaming of having a good and healthy hair since my hair always been so hard to manage. I know L'Oreal would help and give me a chance to boost up my self confidence because having hair so dry and frizzy is really hard for me.. Thank You so much and more power!

  18. I deserve to win this makeover because my last visit to a salon to have my hair treated and cut was in December 2010! Seriously! Unruly waves, dryness, and split-ends is what I encounter everyday and I just tie my hair for the whole day. I work as an audit help personnel and I admittedly don't have the time to prettify. So, I really need this makeover. Please.. :)

  19. Though I have always been fond of skincare and the like, I have never really taken care of my hair; you can ask anyone I know and they will tell you how messy my hair always is. XD

However, now that I'm entering med school, I won't be able to take care of my face as well because of the sun, sweat and pollution to say the least (T_T).

    In place of face,
    with hair, I will replace.
    If I can't be fair,
then at least I will have (nice) hair.

I deserve the make over because I want to feel, look and be beautiful. But, I think my crown and glory hates me because I already neglected her for a long time (blames thesis & part-job!!!). Coming across your blog my hair whips from joy hehehe:)

I would love to get a make-over by loreal because I look sad and kawawa with my dry, frizzy, unhealthy hair: a result of a combination of genes and bad parlor services. I'd love to try this awesome opportunity not only to make me fab for summer, but also to boost my self-confidence! =)

  22. I do deserve a make over for these reasons: :(

    1. First, because I don't just want it; I need it.
    2. I never had a make over since like, well, FOREVER.
    3. My ex-since-yesterday used to complain about my hair when we're still together.
    4. And yes, indeed, I am pretty much broken hearted. *cries*
    5. My greatest insecurity is my hair. Sad, right? With all this frizzy and wavy hair all I can do is to have my poor CROWNING GLORY tied up in a messy bun EVERY SINGLE DAY.
    6. I am a student dentist and pretty much tied up with all the school work. It will help me a lot if I can simply skip all the blow drying and hair ironing and have a manageable, straight and effortlessly beautiful hair instead.
    7. I must be pretty before the class start, so that my ex, which will definitely be my classmate, will somehow regret dumping me. *evil laugh* Kidding aside, I just want him to realize that I don't deserve what he did.
    8. Because I'm a princess with a really ugly hair. Or maybe atleast I just wanted to feel like one. Haha!
    9. I am still waiting for my FAIRY GODMOTHER, to give me a make over. Please let this contest be a way. Please. Please. Pretty please with cherry on top. :)
    10. I wanna be prepared just in case my prince/ knight in shining armor come to the rescue and mend my broken heart. *yikes*

Thank you and have a great magical day! More powers!

  24. I deserve to win this makeover because my hair is really frizzy and I can't get my "mama mary hair" straightened by rebonding.I can't really afford another hair rebonding right now because my papa is spending his hard earned money on our house construction. It's summer but I can't go out without a ponytail because my hair would look sabog. It's like I'm not combing or fixing it. My friends woould just say "mahangin ba sa labas?". I want to blame my genes for not giving me smooth, long and beautiful hair. But I have to accept it.

I'm quite disturbed on how my hair look without conditioner or shampoo. It will be dry without conditioner but too oily without shampoo. I've tried homemade treatments but all of these fail me.

I'm graduating next year and finally I'll have a degree in Biology and the next step is to enroll to a good med school like plm. I want to have the confidence to flaunt my hair as I receive my hardearned diploma. Though I'm not graduating with honors, I still keep my grades high but I have to sacrifice few things like hair treatments.

Thank you Miss Nikki for your fab giveaways. I'm always joining but I haven't won yet. Anyway, I'm not giving up until I won.

More power to your blog! I always remember to smile because you said so. :)

Why do you deserve to win this makeover?

I deserve to win this makeover because I know that it is the best reward for being hardworking. It's not that I am already depriving myself already, but I just want to make sure that I give the best of every thing for my family. Well, so much that it comes to the point where I already forget to treat myself. I want to win this also because I want to feel and be treated like a queen even for a day. I also noticed lately that I lack confidence because of how I look like these days. I hope that through this makeover, I can gain back confidence to face the world. I would love to meet you, too, Ms. Nikki! You know how much I wanted to meet you! ^__^

Thanks a lot and I am crossing my fingers to win this awesome makeover! ^__^

  28. I deserve a Chroma Straight Makeover because I have been born with a naturally wavy hair. As a kid, I always envy those shampoo commercial models that have naturally straight shiny hair. I tell myself, what I would look like if I have naturally straight hair, maybe I'll be more beautiful. Until now, I still fancy those dreams. Honestly, my hair had undergone hair straightening process a few times when I'm still single. I'm quite satisfied with the result but what I don't like is that my hair looks like a broom when it's wet. So I really would love to try this Chroma Straight thingy. But when I became a mother, my kid's needs come first so I rarely had "ME" time. And besides, this would be a wonderful post birthday and mother's day treats for me. Who wouldn't want to be gorgeous on her birth month, right? I hope my dreams would come true. :)

  30. Genetics has a weird way of letting people know that you are the daughter of your parents. If you get lucky, you will have the right combination of features. On my case, I have learned to embrace each of them: except my hair. When I was in elementary, my hair was long and straight: a shampoo commercial material. But as the years went by, my hair has become unruly, dull and unmanageable. I tried brushing it and stayed away from the blow dryer, flat iron and any straightening products in the hopes that someday, my old hair will go back to its former glory. I had it cut short before in the hopes that it will go back to its usual state.

Until one day, I realized this fantasy will never come true so I have tried to relax my hair. But I hate the "curve" that it creates after a few months and how my new grown hair seems to be noticeable to the naked eye, despite my attempts to straighten it out and using hair products. Also, I have a round shaped face, I hate the way it looks during the first few weeks: chemically straightened, flat and artificial. Its so obvious and people would even ask when was the last time you shampooed it (as we are all advised to let the chemical set for a few days before rinsing it). I'm just done with the chemical torture that the relax creates to my locks so a few months ago, I tried going to a very posh salon (which I planned for months) just to cut my hair short and have it assessed by a notable hair stylist. He decided to cut it the shortest possible, based on my round face. He asked me to drop by his salon after 4 months to make my hair grow a bit so he can assess and cut it again. I inquired further on what are my other options to have straight and shiny hair and I was advised to try Keratin treatment. Months have passed and I have not visited his salon because as of the moment, I cannot afford it. I ended up going to another salon and had it cut short. It looked fabulous after the cut. But after my shower, it looked worst! Now, my hair seems to have very weird curls and what my mom likes to call "tutyang". I tried blow drying it: eats up a lot of time in the morning! I also hate the feeling of having a hot air being blown at your poor scalp and face just to make my hair less unruly.

I need this make-over because I am worth it! I decided to quit my job in the hopes of following my dream to be a part of the magazine publishing and events management industry and is hoping to start my own blog soon. If I will be given a chance to experience this new hair technology, it will not only propel my confidence as I walk in each of the offices for my interview. It will also give me an edge because I will look professional and effortless once I have straight, shiny and colored hair.
