Eureka Moment: Sun Protection and Care the Easy Way!

Summer is getting literally hotter and hotter as days go by!  I can overhear conversations by random people on temperatures in Manila and the provinces!  The weather is definitely absurd as compared to decades ago!

Nothing we can do for now regarding the weather but we can do something to protect ourselves from the harsh sun! 

If only we can bask under the sun like the couple on photo below to get a nice even sun tan or use airbrush for makeup all over the body to get that nice "sun kissed" look.  But let's get back to reality shall we?  We have jobs and responsibilities to attend to, and spending extra time to apply that sunblock could be a huge task for some of us *ahem* ME and my mom!  My mom dislikes sunblock application as she tends to sweat easily!  The thing though, she's exposed under the sun way longer than I am as she loves walking the dogs!

Thankfully, with our generation, sun sprays are available and the most recent one I got introduced is from Nivea!

The correct sunblock application for sun lotion is to apply a thick line of sun lotion from the tip of the middle finger to the palm while with sun spray, you have to spray 15 times on each region and never spray directly on face!  (You have Face Sunblock for that!) 

The regions you have to keep in mind ---

• head and neck
• breast
• arms
• stomach area
• upper back
• lower back
• legs (front and back)

So far, after giving this to my mom, my mom is using sunblock more often as she loves the cooling effect it gives minus the greasy feel!  Keep in mind that it is very important to keep yourself away from all sources of ignition if you are using spray type sunblock!
