AMW Reviews: Celeteque Sun Care Soothing Lip Balm with SPF15

Happy Friday AMW Friends!
Me and my brother have been lip balm/moisturizer user for years!  I purchased my first ever lip balm at a local drugstore back when I was still in grade school, I can still remember it was a minty Chapstick.  No, I'm not into beauty products at an early age but it's more of a "need" rather than luxury!

When I found a good lip balm that works, I always share my finds to my brother whenever he gets back for vacation (ex. Burt's Bees, Kiehl's No. 1 Lip balm, Elizabeth Arden 8 Hour Cream etc...), and finally, I'm glad to share to him another finding, an inexpensive one and I'm sure he'll appreciate it as he uses Celeteque skin care range anyways!

Celeteque Dermoscience Soothing Lip Balm comes with SPF 15 UVA/UVB Filters
with Moisturizing Oils and Mulberry Extract

Pros
  • Price
  • Hypo-allergenic.
  • Pot packaging, more hygienic.
  • Gives a soothing feel immediately after application.
  • Doesn't look oily when applied on lips.
  • Relieves uneasy feel from dry or chapped lips.
Cons
  • Pot packaging, may not work especially if your hands aren't clean.
Overall
Inexpensive lip product that works!  I actually put this inside my makeup train case and get positive feedback from clients when I apply this on them.

Tips
from Celeteque
  • Use the index finger to generously coat the upper and lower lops with lip balm.
  • Apply as often as needed to effectively soothe dry, chapped lips and wind burns.
  • Also use as a daily lip moisturizer to protect the lips from daily sun exposure.

from AMW
  • Apply with your CLEAN fingers.  I always carry a small alcohol inside my bag to disinfect my fingers before touching my face or lips.
  • Apply with a lip brush if you plan to use this on clients.
  • Apply Celeteque Sun Care Soothing Lip Balm with SPF15 daily before going out.  Best applied before you do your makeup so when you're ready to apply your lipstick, your lips are well moisturized.
Will I repurchase?
Yes

To whom do I recommend this to?
Everyone!  Even for men as I know some men dislike to use the regular lip balm packaging as the pot packaging is more "manly".

Where to purchase and how much?
Available at Watsons and Mercury Drug outlets for Php190.00 (approx $4.75)Like Celeteque on Facebook for more product information.  Follow them on Twitter (@CeletequeDermo)

Have you tried the Celeteque Sun Care Soothing Lip Balm?
do you prefer lip balms in pot or twist up type of packaging?
For personal use, I prefer the regular lip balm packaging but for clients, I love the pot packaging as it is more hygienic and I can even use this on male clients without them complaining! :)
