Caronia has been a lot of nail polish fanatics' "First Nail Polish brand", why did I say so? Because it was my first brand of nail polish when I started out my love for manicure and pedicure during my Freshman year in College.Aside from its affordability, pigmentation is good and you get wide array of shades to choose from.
If only they are safer.....meaning Toluene and Formaldehyde-free...
Well, my wish has been answered! The first collection called "Art of Dance", aside from it marking the opening of Ballet Philippines 45th season, this collection is also Caronia's FIRST Toluene and Formaldehyde-Free polishes!
Check out the cute Ballet Shoes I got that could probably fit Baby AMW's small feet!
According to Margie Moran-Floirendo, Ballet Philippines President: "This is the first corporate partnership of Ballet Philippines and we are happy to have Caronia as our partner."
This collection comes in 3 distinct colors:
- Pique - a regular polish in a delicate salmon pick shade that let's out the ballerina in you.
- Chaase - a regular polish with royal blue shade that sets the elegance of ballet on your nails.
- Glissade - a light green regular polish that gives a smooth glide on every summer outfit.
You can avail of a special 3-pc "Art of Dance" pack and get a chance to win tickets for two (2) to any Ballet Philippines show from April 1, 2014 to February 28, 2015. A total of 50 tickets are up for grabs in selected packs available in Luzon area. And best of all, part of the proceeds of this special collection will go to the Ballet Philippines Foundation's Noordin Jumalon Scholarship Program, which supports the dance education of over 100 students each year.
Now that's staying pretty and helping at the same time!
Which is your favorite shade among the 3?
I can't seem to choose my favorite but I can't wait to use Chasse on my next nail polish application!

Chaase and Glissade are my fave colors in the collection, and I think they make a good nail art color combination (peacock-themed, actually) :)
