AMW Cooks: Pork Salpicao

Last week, because of my extremely busy schedule, I didn't get to go to the supermarket for our monthly grocery!  So what's left in the fridge?  A big blob of pork loin which I ordered from the lady here in the area!  As much as I was tempted to do Pork Chop or any fried dishes, I decided to go for something healthier.

Pork Salpicao

Ingredients:
  • Pork tenderloin chopped in cubes.
  • Chopped garlic
  • Butter
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Liquid Seasoning
  • Oyster Sauce
  • Button Mushrooms sliced in very thin slices.

Method:
  • Marinate pork cubes in liquid seasoning, pepper and garlic.
  • Sauteed garlic until crispy, set aside.
  • Add in the marinated pork stir fry until brown.
  • Add sliced button mushrooms, a bit of butter and oyster sauce.  (You may also add a bit of worcestershire sauce for an extra punch)
  • Once you are happy with the taste, add the crunchy garlic on top.
  • Serve with hot rice!  ENJOY!
As simple as that!
