5-Minute Valentine's Day Look

So it is possible to do a full face make-up in just 5 full minutes?
It's all in the power of mind!  And the answer is: YES!

I was able to do it, so can you!

• 30 seconds - brows (because I only used brow mascara)
• 1 minute - zz cream
• 2 minutes 30 seconds - eyes
• 30 seconds - blush
• 30 seconds - lips

Obviously, you don't have to pressure yourself to do everything in 5 full minutes if you can't!  I just know my face too well!  But trust me, this look is very easy you can definitely pull this off without spending too much time in front of the mirror!  Are you ready to see how I managed to do this?

Step 1: Brows
Since I am lucky to have full brows and I recently had it shaped at Benefit Brow Bar, I just tinted it with my new the SAEM Saemmul Browcara in shade 01 Natural Brown.

Step 2: Base Makeup
Thankfully, my pimples died down over the weekend (yes for an hour more of sleep!)  To treat remaining pimple marks and have a bit of coverage, I went for Happy Skin Zit Zapper Second Skin ZZ Cream.

Step 3: Conceal and highlight the Undereye 

 Double duty products are a must if you are aiming for quick, less time-consuming makeup looks!  My new discovery is the SAEM Cover Perfection Tip Concealer in Natural Beige.  It has a good amount of coverage for my undereye at the same time, it brightens the area.

Step 4: Set

For a very natural look, set everything with a translucent powder with a flat top brush (from Charm) using dabbing motion.  I used Estee Lauder Lucidity Translucent Pressed Powder in shade 06 Transparent.

Step 5: Eyes

Eye makeup probably takes one of the longest time in makeup application (brows probably is the next competitor).  For me, if you are in a hurry and want to create fuzz-free eye makeup, use an eyeshadow KIT so you don't need to do a guessing game on shades that complements each other.  Try KATE Trap Impact Eyes in GN1.  I picked this palette because olive green works so well on my skin tone!  And secondly, I don't want to go to the usual "nude palette" route! 

I picked the metallic olive green shade as a base and pat all over my lid.

Using the darkest color from the palette, deepen my crease by applying it on my outer-v and blend everything for a seamless eye makeup look.

Use waterproof liner and apply all over the lashline and waterline.  I used Estee Lauder Double Wear Infinite Waterproof Eyeliner in 03 Graphite.

You can always make your eyes pop by applying falsies, since I'm doing a 5-minute look, I picked a volumizing mascara from Kate Tokyo, Black Feather Lash in black.

Step 6: Blush
My go-to Sweet Cheeks shade is from Benefit Hervana.  Apply a good amount starting from the apples of the cheeks going all the way to the hairline for a lifting effect.

Step 7: Lips
Valentines Day screams red lipstick!  And the best way to a long-lasting red lipcolor is by using a Lip Liner as a base.  I am so happy to announce that the Estee Lauder Doubple Wear Stay-in-Place Lip Pencil in 07 Red is budge-proof, feather-proof!  At the same time, it glides on smoothly even on dry lips so I don't have to worry about dry, flaking lips midday!

The look may be done with just a red lip liner!  But I wanted to go further by applying a nice red lipstick on top!
