AMW Cooks: Adobo with Datu Puti

When it comes to Adobo, I knew there are so many Adobo-cooking styles I can't seem to make up my mind!  All I know is that, I love them all!  Whether it would be a chicken version, a pork version, saucy or dry adobo!  They all are considered my "Feel-good-more-rice-please" dish!

When I was sent a basket-ful of Datu Puti Adobo Series, I knew I had to give it a try especially since I haven't cooked adobo dish for the longest time!

I picked Pininyahang Adobo Sauce and went ahead adding up the AMW touch!

And here's the result!  Tender pork pieces with egg!  The family loves the sweetness that goes with the pininyahang adobo sauce!  My first to try an instant "sauce" from Datu Puti and it was yummy!  I can't wait to try the other variants.

Ingredients:

  • Pork cubes cut in 1-2 inches.
  • Garlic
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Eggs
  • Datu Puti Pininyahang Adobo Sauce pack
They also include "Hong Ba" sauce which is the Chinese Adobo sauce, I've done it over the weekend and added scallops and mushrooms!  Extremely yummy!

How do you cook your adobo?

Keep smilin'
Stay happy!
