Gradient lips aren't for everybody! That's based from the comments I receive from previous blog posts! But I understand, there's no really "for everybody" when it comes to make up! To each their own as they say! As for me, I may not be a heavy Gradient-lips girl BUT there's ONE thing I'm sure --- I am in love with Laneige Two Tone Lip Bars!

Laneige Two Tone Lip Bar in Pink Step
I did mentioned I'll collect as many shades as possible, and my wish was granted!
AMW Wore Two Tone Lip Bars (4 New Shades)
Clockwise starting from upper left: Dear Pink, Juicy Pop, Maxi Red and Orange Blurring
For this season, they also launched their Two Tone Collection Concept, included in this collection are the Two Tone Lip Bars and Two Tone Shadow Bars!
Two Tone Lip Bars have the same formulation as the first 2 I reviewed. These Lip Bars have Main Color (thick one) and Sub Color (thin one). They are meant to be applied to create gradation lips.
The 4 shades added to the Lip Bar collection are more vibrant! As scary to look at on tube, they are surprisingly nice when applied on lips!
What's totally NEW for me are the Two Tone Shadow Bars! These shadow bars also include base color and point color. The Point Colors are more "vibrant" and have more pigmentation as the base colors are mostly "pearlized". For someone who has been exposed to different types of make up, these are extremely new for me and I'll actually take time to review these and will feature these on a separate blog post in the future!
Quick Swatches for you to have an idea.
L-R Juicy Pop, Dear Pink, Maxi Red and Orange Blurring (Lip Bars)
Humming Coral, Orange Island, Golden Rose and Coffee Bronze (Shadow Bars)
Shade: Juicy Pop
As scary as the bright yellow looks on tube as the main color,
it actually brightened up my lips creating a young-vibe!
Shade: Dear Pink
Dear Pink is a perfect pink shade if you want to look like a teenager in an instant!
This is actually my favorite shade out of the bunch considering how picky I am when it comes to pink lip colors!
Shade: Maxi Red
Even with the name Maxi Red, this gives out a milky red "blurred out" color that I personally would recommend to users who prefer to wear red lip color but are afraid for that TOO RED effect! A great start-up red lipstick for everyone!
Shade: Orange Blurring
I've said it so many times how I'm scared to wear orange lipstick because of my warm undertone! Now the Orange Blurring shade is indeed very forgiving, both in persona nd photos! I love how the shade softens my feature making me look "calm"!
Laneige Two Tone Lip Bars are priced at Php1,200.00 (approx $27.20) available at all Laneige shops - Trinoma, SM Mall of Asia, Robinsons Manila, Robinsons Galleria, Robinsons Magnolia, SM Aura Premier and SM Megamall.
What's your favorite Two Tone Lip Bar Shade?
Which color do you prefer on me?
Keep smilin'
