AMW Wears: W.Lab Color Up Tint in Romantic Pink

Happy Monday AMW Friends!  If you follow me on my social media accounts you'll know we had a grand time at Ascott Makati for a short Family Staycation.  Will share more about it soon!

For now, I will be sharing one of the "very few" lip products I actually use when I am with my son!  My lip product requirement is quire simple --- easy-to-use, good pigmentation and long-lasting!  

One that "kinda" passed the standard is a Korean Cosmetic Brand called W. Lab and this product is called Color Up Tint!  I got this from my FIRST ever Althea online purchase.  

W.Lab Color Up Tint has a total of 4 shades to choose from ---

• 01 Sensual Red
• 02 Romantic Pink
• 03 Blossom Orange
• 04 Sweet Coral

Without any second thoughts, I went for Romantic Pink right away because orange or coral shades tint doesn't seem to work for me!  And I have so many red lip color nowadays so it was actually an easy decision.

The Color Up Tint from W.Lab is housed in a sleek matte black packaging with the color of the tint peeking through.

It comes with a pointy lip applicator that makes it extremely easy to define your lips or create gradient-lips.

02 Romantic Pink

Romantic Pink if swatched is really a medium rosy pink shade with a tiny bit of gloss.

As for the texture, it has a "tint" texture which is watery.  The difference though with this product is the extreme pigmentation.  You get straight-from-the-tube-shade to your lips in just a single swipe.  It goes on smoothly and does not sit in dry crevices around your lips neither does it enhance dry, flaky lips!

According to the brand, this lip tint is meant to last 12 hours or more and won't transfer.  Now, that doesn't hold true for me!  It stays only 2-3 hours max and this does transfer on cups and tissue paper if I tried blotting it even several minutes after application!  

I'm not sure if it's just me, but if it lasts more than the hours mentioned above and doesn't transfer as advertised, do let me and our readers know your little secret! :P

Now here's the best part... W. Lab Color Up Tints are priced affordably at Php560.00 from the original price published Php1,120.00.  The latter price isn't reasonable for me considering how it doesn't last longer as expected, but!  For half the price, this is actually worth the try because I'm loving the consistency, the scent and the heavy pigmentation!  I can always reapply because I love the cooling effect it gives.
