I have been watching Korean Youtube Gurus like Jungsaemmool and I remembered wanting this huge sponges she used on her tutorials!
Eureka moment indeed when the Pro Studio Beauty Exclusives Miracle Sponge Set (8 pack) Php550.00 (on sale at BeautyMNL.com for Php440.00) in pastel shades landed on my table one day!
It comes in a Pentagon Shaped sponge, quite thick and very dense. I immediately picked one and used one on my client and on myself!
What made me love this even more is the fact that it comes with its' own container, so doing some research, they sell 20pcs pack (all white) for Php200.00 making it a nice way for me to just repurchase a refill and put all these cute sponges free from dirt on this clear plastic container.
I like to use the small edges to apply concealers and maybe reach the areas around my face that is hard to reach (sides of nose, etc..). This is the best way to "spot correct or conceal" areas without disturbing the makeup applied on the area.
The wider portion of the sponge is used to blend out larger areas and maybe blur out harsh lines!
And of course, the flat and largest portion of the sponge can also be used to apply foundation all over your face!
Overall, the Pro Studio Beauty Exclusives Pentagon Sponges are great if you want a super firm sponge to work with, it can apply foundation and concealer heavily because it doesn't absorb as much of the product as compared to other sponges.
