"Kilay Is Life" --- (Brows are life) and it's true!
Given that I wake up very early in the morning to iron my son's uniform, to prepare his things and to fix myself up, the latter is the least important of all so I always end up having barefaced look whenever I drive him to school.
BUT, one thing that I'm proud of is how I manage to fix my "kilay" even Kyle's teacher complimented how nice my brows are (I have to thank Benefit Brow Bar for keeping the shape intact!) and the rest is easy to manage with easy-to-use brow products.
Recent Brow Discovery --- In2It Triangular Eyebrow Liner (Php430.00)
Housed in a retractable plastic pencil packaging, I got the shade 01 Dark Brown for daily use.
Dark Brown packaging with silver accent.
Product Description ---
- Twist up and twist down.
- Waterproof and long wearing
- Draws bold and fine lines.
- Smudge-resistant.
This retractable pencil has a trangular cut (Like that of a naginata style). I like it that the pencil has the right "hardness" so I won't break the pencil even if I apply with heavy hands.
Swatch: Dark Brown
As for application, I have thick and full brows so it is easy for me not to make any mistakes at all! But just to be sure the effect is natural, I always like to start at the center of my brows doing short, quick, hair-like strokes using the angled tip to fill in the sparse areas.
Before and After
- Very easy to use even for first-timers.
- The shade is very natural, Dark Brown would work for most Filipinas.
- Stays the whole day, until makeup removal.
- The pencil is a bit hard so if you have extremely oily skin, you may need to powder the area so the pencil will stick.
- Can be used to make brows appear fuller, define brows or just draw non-existent brows.
